Are you actually staying consistent with all the basics before looking into the advanced stuff??

You don’t need all the fancy stuff to make progress.
Master the basics first. Build your foundation. Then start looking into the advanced stuff.

Stop overcomplicating things that are already simple.

Stop talking your self down.

negative thoughts will only drive you more stress and will lead to a physical outcome.

Your journey isn’t linear, we all have our ups and downs. You just gotta trust the good and the bad parts.

Train your mind how to respond on these negative emotions. This will help you move forward and will bring you your best physique to stage.
