I heard the crisp bag open

It’s quite a big deal for me to be sharing this collage because I haven’t been able to connect/focus with this part of my practice for so long. In true Meg fashion I got frustrated in the first 5 minutes because it “wasn’t right” and initially I gave myself a timer of 15 minutes but I did get into the flow of it. Found myself getting overwhelmed then sad but filtered it all through making. proud of me. 🥹

The hardest part is that this keeps happening, and I can feel myself becoming more guarded about something I love so much.

I don’t want to make myself smaller, but I’m tired of having to defend my work. 🤍 taken in Falmouth, Cornwall by @printcessmeg
