I had a great time catering a private dinner at a gorgeous home in Sonoma. The client requested a poke bar/Japanese steakhouse theme. Raw fish included bluefin tuna from San Diego, Salmon toro and Hamachi sashimi. I also made some veggie fried rice and grilled hangar steak and several different sauces. Carrot ginger, seaweed salad, Sunomono and all the poke accoutrements.

Raw Pad Thai with ginger-lime almond butter ✅ starting my week with my own version of this raw classic. Kelp noodles are soaked in lime juice and water for a day and then add all your favorite raw veg. Of course you have to garnish with green onion, cilantro, lime and peanut. Yum! by @prismatic_plates

Chili-Crunch Tempeh salad 🌶️🥗✨ I’ve been making different versions of this salad for the last few weeks, and I can’t get enough of it 🤓The main component is a bed of romain lettuce and then you can add whatever fresh produce you have on hand. I like it with or without protein, and always squeeze a fresh lemon over the top. The other key is adding fresh herbs to the salad 🌿🌱 this one has mint and cilantro. And some beech mushrooms that I cooked with ume plum paste 🥰 yum!

Passion Fruit 💛💚 Mint mocktail 🌟🍹 This is my favorite refreshing treat. Just blend frozen passion fruit, fresh mint, ice, water and a dash of maple syrup and strain into a cocktail glass. So yummy! 🥰
