So proud of my son! ❤️

He worked by my side all weekend while his mom was working at another event, and I’m incredibly proud of him.

Thank you, Lario, for all your help and for sharing this amazing weekend with me! 👨‍🍳❤️

Chocolate Cookie Balls

Mix 100 g softened butter with 130 g brown sugar.

Add:

- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Gradually add 230 g flour, mixing well.

Then add:

- 100 g dark chocolate chips
- 100 g milk chocolate chips

Form small balls with your hands and place them into the cavities of a half-sphere silicone mold.

Bake for 13 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.

Remove the cookies from the mold and wash the mold.

Melt about 200 g milk chocolate. Pour a little melted chocolate into each cavity, without filling it completely.

Place the cookies back on top of the melted chocolate and refrigerate until the chocolate shell is completely set.

Unmold and enjoy! 😋 taken in Torrance, California by @privatechefmathias
