I recently had the pleasure of visiting @privatechefmathias, whom I first met at the @dpa_lounges, and this time we got together in the kitchen to make a real French Croque Monsieur. 🥖🧀

Chef Mathias brings the art of French private dining to Los Angeles, with a passion for creating refined, personalized French culinary experiences. And let me tell you… making this classic together was just as delicious as it was fun ❤️

We utilized a high-quality cutting board and pan from @cruciblecookware and incorporated @pasolivo as part of the recipe. The quality of ingredients and the appropriate tools significantly impact the final outcome.

Nothing beats good food, great company, and a little French savoir-faire. 🇫🇷✨

One of the most exciting things for me is when I get to share a kitchen with a professional chef. Today @privatechefmathias came to my house to cook with me. Seeing how much I love potatoes, he made the most perfect cloud like mashed potatoes ever. There were so many small things he does differently to me and I loved soaking in all those tips and tricks. These mashed potatoes were perfection. #cooking #dinner #eating

We all know I can’t bake but today I had the opportunity to share a kitchen with a professional French chef Mathias @privatechefmathias who taught me how to make the most perfect Tarte Tatin. It was truly incredible and those layers of thinly sliced apple were divine. If you are local to LA or OC then I would have him on speed dial for a dinner party. To share a kitchen with someone who loves food as much as I do is a real treat and I learned so much #cooking #dinner #eating
