Introducing Private Plating 🍽️✨

Food and hospitality have been at the centre of my life for more than 20 years.

I trained in commercial cookery and patisserie at the House of Anvers in Tasmania and have spent more than 14 years working as a private chef—creating intimate dinners, milestone celebrations and unforgettable events for clients across Australia.

Private Plating brings that experience directly to your home, accommodation or private venue. Every menu is built around your occasion, combining restaurant-quality food with warm, personal service.

Our experiences include:

🍴 Canapé events
🔥 Shared feasts
🥂 Three-course dining
✨ Degustation experiences
❤️ Romantic dinners
🍰 Dessert grazing by @thecheesecakeman_au

We’re now accepting bookings across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with select travel available.

Whether you’re planning an intimate dinner for two, a Christmas celebration or a major event, we’ll create an experience your guests will remember.

Explore our menus at privateplating.com or send us a DM to start planning your event.

Welcome to Private Plating. Let us bring the restaurant experience to you. 🤍
