MY DANCING IS ON ROLLING STONE INDIA! It was such an epic undertaking collaborating with my cousin @rubyvelle on her new music video and finally being able to unite our artistry. We are so proud of how this song & video represent both of our spiritual and artistic journeys - and I am so grateful for the blood and spirit connections I have to Ruby and my culture! Check out the full video & interview at the link in bio! #rollingstoneindia #rubyvelle #straightoutthemud #kuchipudi #maledancer by @prnayc

6 months ago this wonderfully handsome furry guy came into our home, and we've fully embraced being cat dads with all the joys (and toys) that come with it! Whether it's the orchestra of sounds that he greets us with first thing in the morning, his obsession with kicking around foam soccer balls, or how much movie nights have been upgraded we can't get enough. I can't imagine our lives without you Ruhaan, he seems to like us too 🐾😺⚽ taken in Boston, Massachusetts by @prnayc

Last year was my most difficult yet - marked by loss, uncertainty, and moments that reshaped me at my core. It was a year that stripped things back, asking me to sit with what remains.

Amidst it all, there were moments of light that deserve acknowledgment: turning 30, premiering my Qawwali choreography Rang and sharing it in multiple cities, receiving monetary support from state and regional arts institutions, and welcoming Ruhaan into our family.

A week into 2026, I feel a quiet renewal of hope - the kind that arrives not through certainty, but through grace. I wouldn’t have survived the year without my visit to Isha, where I was able to sit in the presence of Linga Bhairavi and witness grace, without asking for answers.

My first work in progress of the year is offered to her, as it is.

Introducing the newest member of the family - Ruhaan (روحان in Urdu & Arabic means soulful, kind-hearted) or Rooh for short!

We adopted him from the shelter after not being able to stop thinking about him once we got home! This 5 year old guy has FIV, so we’re glad to give him a home where he can be happy and healthy! by @prnayc

Extremely late post showing off the fabulous ‘Bridgerton’ wedding in Moffat, Scotland (no really - Harry’s last name is Bridger!!)

Kara, I am so grateful for our friendship and the plethora of special memories all over the globe from our college days until now. It was the most incredible experience celebrating you & Harry surrounded by all your close friends and family. It was a pleasure spending so many cherished moments with all of them, having an NEU reunion, and teaching Lady Gaga choreo to everyone! Thank you for giving us an excuse to make Joe’s first trip the UK an epic one! taken in Auchen Castle by @prnayc
