Missing credit:Anya Ward... lyrics below..

A plateaux of sorrow, some cocoa might just make you less mad, and sad?
A playful fable lycan echo back from the moon, marooned

"Back when the Celts were migrating from the peaks
There was a nature loving werewolf, had a great epiphany
She was bored of being human and she didn't like to hunt them
She was scowling at her supper when she noticed up above her
That the June strawberry moon was hanging low in the sky.
Started looking for the mountain with the highest elevation
When she got to the top she used her power and momentum
To kick herself out of the atmosphere"

Arrows , heroes, far off worlds, celestial tales and songs
Footprints linger for a hundred million years, preserved

In lunar standard time
Symphonies to heal your bones and
i apologise
50 year old moon dust carpet
pulled out like the tides
Adorable upon the crescent
Cheshire kitten smile
shining down and scratching at your door

She glittered on the coast
and the coral spawned again.
Butterflies beat round the ghost
of a snowcapped summit.
One small step in tempo,
and one giant leap of faith,
they reach for the bright white circle

Just because we cannot see that doesn’t meanthere’s always a dark side
Just because you spill the beans that doesn’t mean you’re all bark and no bite by @profondomarco

Poems, Psalms & Song

MONOLOGUE

I’m lost but everyone can see me
I’m broken though i look composed
the oscillations of the pendulum
never push a single domino
I confide in you with words like razor blades
a quick clipped wing would blacken their days
Their footprints on a bonnie xmas tree
your mumbling kills me

I kept my rhythm but i lost my song
i did not mine that vein this week
I bathe their wounds with the kiss of life
it makes me hide it makes me sick it makes me seek
I wish i’d started all this sooner
and i wish my sparkle had matured
still I send my thunder like a whimper
so you barely hear a single word

SONG LYRICS

I hear you
we heard you from your songless tomb
so hear me
and hear us
we see your wound
close your eyes and swim upriver
raise the dead and find your song

you know when you hear a song
and you hear it a hundred times,
it doesn’t matter at all
then, you reach a fork in the road
and every cell feels every word
like it was waiting for you

there are the songs that hold your
hand when you are hiding in the shadows alone
and the ones that bury stories in the walls of your home
Some make you remember and some make you forget
a time machine that makes you smile or makes you lament
when the night turns into morning and you still want to dance
when the bottom of your broken heart is filled with romance
for every single hair that ever stood up on end
this is an encore now….this is an encore now!

I'm not so narcissistic to assume i know the answer here
but you can gently remove the mask

I am not naive enough to trust the gift of thread to weave
but i see this too shall pass

one step at a time or both feet first the choice is yours because the road is long … it’s ever long

this i know so in my world of prose I ‘ll build a cushioned nest
with poems psalms and song

tomorrow i’ll wake blissful
with your voices echoing in my dreams
cobwebs blown from my snapping jaws
and nourished the old routine

everyone has a soundtrack
and a ticking metronome
whenever your light begins to fade
remember us and glow by @profondomarco
