Take a look at some of the amazing class projects that Middle and High Schoolers did in PE!

The Middle Schoolers project was to create a first aid kit with essential items that could be used for minor injuries.

The High Schoolers project was to create a poster about either environmental or sports safety.

A great day connecting with families and community partners at yesterday’s Creating a Plan for the Future event! ✅

The Focus Forward program is all about creating opportunities to grow, give back, and be part of the community. 💚

We’re lucky to partner with CrossFit Hyde Park, a community that understands the importance of programs like Focus Forward.

Our clients spend time cleaning inside and outside the gym before jumping into a mobility and workout circuit. And a new movement was unlocked: Cossack squats! 💪
