Officially back in the UK and back to business 🤍🕊️

I appreciate everyone’s love, patience, messages and condolences during this tragic time. This has genuinely been the first time I fully stepped away during bereavement and allowed myself to process things without feeling guilty.

One thing I’ve realised is that work can become a protection mechanism. You stay busy, the pain dulls down for a moment, but your heart doesn’t always get the chance to heal. This journey back home to Lithuania transformed my perspective in ways I can’t fully explain yet.

Seeing the impact my God Dad had on so many people’s lives was truly beautiful. I’ve always said he was a dad sent by God and seeing all of the journeys and lives he touched only proved that even more.

Huge appreciation to everyone around me who held me down 🥹 Biggest shoutout to the PWTO team, Yunski and Abdul for keeping projects moving while I was away. Forever appreciate y’all.

Life is too short to settle for careers, relationships, businesses or dreams that don’t make this ghetto life of ours worth it. Give people their flowers while they’re here, not on their grave.

Back with a broken heart, but weirdly more peaceful than ever. See y’all soon 🤍

May the takeover continue whilst our angels look after us 🤍 taken in London, United Kingdom by @projectworldtakeover

Not only did The Music Takeover organise a brilliant event, they chose the perfect venue and location.
@pitcherandpianocornhill It’s spacious, clean and beautiful.

Everything about this event was my cup of tea ☕️

Informative, fun, engaging, interactive and inspiring.

I just want to thank @wethavibe and @projectworldtakeover again for not only booking me, but for also making me feel uplifted when I left the event.

This is how all events should be.

Everything that we do in life should be with intention and purpose.

When you go to an event, you must always ask yourself:-

Why are you going to the event?

What do you want to learn?

Who do you want to meet whilst there?

How do you want to feel when you leave the event?

I’m really looking forward to your upcoming events. I’m sure they will be just as great as this one was.

First event where I’ve seen Project Management discussed outside of a traditional Project Management space.

Usually I’m either attending pure PM events or I’m the one putting my hand up at other events trying to explain how project management connects to what people do.

But Music Takeover was different.

Watching creatives, artists, filmmakers, producers and music professionals slowly realise how much project management already exists within their world was honestly beautiful to witness.

The room shifted from:
“Wait… this is project management?”
to
“Hold on… I actually need this.”

Because the reality is:
Every album rollout, music video, live show, campaign, collaboration and creative vision is a project.

And when creatives finally see project management not as corporate jargon, but as a tool to help them execute their ideas, everything changes.

Music Takeover officially became my favourite event ever. taken in London, United Kingdom by @projectworldtakeover

Most risk registers don’t reduce risk.

They just document it.

And now with AI, we risk doing the same thing… just faster.

I’m excited to be co-hosting an upcoming APM London event focused on changing that.

👉 Making risk management actually matter.

This will be a practical, interactive session where we:

• Build a RAID log together for a real project scenario
• Use AI to challenge and enhance it
• Apply techniques like qualitative analysis and Monte Carlo
• Compare human vs AI outputs
• And have honest conversations about where AI helps… and where it can mislead

The focus isn’t on tools.

It’s on how risk should be used to steer conversations, influence decisions, and improve delivery.

Because risk management is not about templates.

And AI should not be the final answer.

I’ll be co-hosting this with Head Of Risk Management, bringing together practical experience and a shared belief that:

👉 Risk management is a thinking discipline
👉 AI should support, not decide
👉 Culture matters more than frameworks

—

If you’ve ever felt that risk management could be more meaningful in your projects, this session is for you.

We saw something we’ve never seen before.

Editors, filmmakers, record labels, producers, project management professionals, creatives, game developers, actors, strategists… all under one roof.

Usually, industries stay in their own lanes.

But at Music Takeover, they all @camethruhq (yes, that was intentional).

And that’s when the shift happened.

People started realising how much they actually need each other to bring projects to life. Different skills, different perspectives, but all part of the same puzzle.

That’s what made the room different.

This wasn’t just networking. It was connection with purpose.

We’re building more of this.

So, what industry do you come from? taken in London, United Kingdom by @projectworldtakeover
