My DJ journey so far…

Looking back at these moments really puts everything into perspective.

What started as curiosity quickly became passion and eventually became one of the deepest forms of self-expression I’ve ever known.

Growing up, creativity was such a huge part of who I was. But like so many people, I was taught that being an artist wasn’t realistic. That success meant taking the safer, more conventional path.

So I disconnected from that part of myself.

I followed the corporate route, only to realize over time that no amount of “stability” could replace genuine fulfillment.

Eventually, I had to ask myself: What actually brings me joy? What kind of life do I truly want?

And every answer led me back to music.

Music has always been one of the deepest constants in my life. From going to my first Warped Tour at 6 years old to discovering dance music as a teenager; it became a language for emotions I didn’t yet have words for.

Music made me feel understood. It made me feel alive.

This journey through DJing and production has been so much more than learning skills or playing shows.

It’s been about returning to myself. Reconnecting with my creativity. Rediscovering joy. Learning that my emotions are not something to suppress but something to channel.

Music has given me a way to express parts of myself I spent years trying to contain.

And while it’s still easy sometimes to feel like I’m not moving fast enough, posts like this remind me how far I’ve already come.

These moments are proof that the life I dream about is possible.

I just have to keep believing, keep creating, and keep going.

Thank you to all of my friends who come to my shows, support my music, and just support me general. I am so blessed to be surrounded by so many incredible people who believe in me.

Work emails on one screen, Ableton on the other.

I can’t believe I’m writing this.

Lately, many of my days have looked like this: work laptop open on one side, Ableton on the other. Balancing my 9–5 while pouring every free second into making music. Most days have felt like spinning plates.

Earlier this year, I sent my music to a few labels just to see what would happen. I didn’t know if it was good enough or the right fit but I knew that if I did nothing, nothing would happen.

About a month later, @zlatassx from @deboshrecords reached out. To my complete surprise, she wanted to sign three of my tracks and release them as my very first EP in early 2026.

Since then, so much has unfolded. I’m endlessly grateful for the guidance, belief, and support I’ve received from @zlatassx. Recently, @beatport asked her to do an end-of-year label wrap and she featured me as one of the artists defining the future. Still wrapping my head around that. (Full article linked in my bio.)

This opportunity asked me to get really honest about who I am, how I want to show up, and the world I want to create for myself and my people. The only answer that felt true was this: I have to share my heart.

Music is my spiritual practice. I don’t do it or share it for entertainment. I share it to express what moves me emotionally and spiritually.

After many iterations, my artist name finally landed when I came across the word Pronoia; the belief that the universe is conspiring in your favor. I didn’t even ask @aleki_blue to include it in my newest tattoo, but when I saw his sketch and that word was there, I knew. One word that holds this entire journey.

Everything I’ve done has been a leap of faith. Trusting that what’s meant for me will find me.

My first EP releases on @deboshrecords and I hope you’ll love it as much as I do.

I can’t believe my first EP finally comes out on friday.

I wrote a lot of these tracks toward the end of last year and I’ve held onto them for so long not really knowing what to do with them.

Going from learning how to produce to having artists I respect support the music is something I didn’t think would happen for a long time.

I haven’t been doing this for very long, and I definitely didn’t expect things to happen this fast. But staying consistent, putting in the time, and trusting the process has brought me here.

Everything has felt so surreal but I also know I’ve worked so hard for all of this.

Move Ya Body and Take Our Time officially drop this Friday alongside Heavenly on my first EP ❤️‍🔥

@tianaiscreativeaf and I started talking about this concept years ago and to finally see it come alive for a second time is a dream come true.

Creating a space where people can let go, be themselves, spark new friendships, and leave feeling fulfilled is such a gift.

The last few months have taught me a lot about creativity.

After New York, releasing my first EP on @deboshrecords and finishing six months of mentorship with @justinjaymusic, creating content, and pouring everything I had into music...I hit a wall.

Not because I stopped loving music.

Because I forgot that creativity needs space to breathe.

For a while, I felt guilty every time I wasn’t writing a full song. Like if I wasn’t making progress every day, I was somehow falling behind.

But I’ve started realizing that creativity isn’t something you can force. It comes from allowing yourself to live.

From slowing down enough to notice things. Trying ideas that never become songs. Opening Ableton just to experiment without expecting something incredible to happen.

I’m learning that sustainable creativity doesn’t look like constant output.

It looks like returning.

Returning to the music even when nothing magical happens.
Returning without judging myself. Returning because I love it, not because I need to prove something to myself or someone else.

Ironically, giving myself permission to create less has made me want to create more lol.

Lately I’ve been working on an unreleased track called Need U (the song playing on this post).

When I first wrote it, I thought it was about someone else.

Now I think it’s about me.

Needing the version of myself that’s rested. Peaceful. Curious. Present. The version of me that isn’t trying to force creativity, but creates because life itself feels inspiring.

Maybe that’s what this journey is really about. Not chasing inspiration, but becoming someone inspiration wants to visit.

Late last year I sent some demos to @deboshrecords ran by @zlatassx with no real expectations.

Fast forward to this past weekend and I’m playing my second ever club show and the first @deboshrecords NYC showcase at @elsewherespace alongside @zlatassx @jsmn______________ and @saint.velez

New York has been a dream city of mine since I was a kid, so getting to come here for this reason felt surreal.

I got to play my upcoming releases in the club for the first time and got a sweet surprise of @zlatassx playing my remix of Stupidisco.

Huge thank you the @deboshrecords family, to @zlatassx, and to all my friends who flew across the country to support me. I truly can’t express how much your support means to me ❤️‍🔥
