We did it, you guys 🥹

Another EPIC Ground & Groove together ❤️ if you weren’t there, I hope you can feel the emotions we all felt through these beautifully captured moments!!

My heart is so full, and I know I’m not the only one. There’s nothing I love more than THIS.

Cultivating a precious space for you to just be, to reconnect back to yourself, to have fun, to laugh, to play, to make friends, to be a kid again, and to feel fully alive.

To every single beautiful human who showed up for yourself, who chose to spend an evening with us… THANK YOU 🙏 From the bottom of my big ‘ol heart. I can’t tell you how much your presence means to me & the whole G&G crew.

Man, we created some absolute magic. Did we not?? And I could not have done any of it without our incredible crew 🥲

@atoms.of.eve and I truly facilitated our best sound bath yet. I love you dude. Thank you.

@experience.arora, my girl thank you for your reiki healing magic. It’s amazing. You’re amazing.

To my Z @pronoia.wav, your music selection and energy you bring to fuel our dance floor is unfuckingmatched. I love you deeply ❤️

@whiskeroutpost and the Wolfpack, it would never be the same without you guys 🫶 I hope we were able to bring some donations in + lots of awareness for all the work you do for homeless kitties.

@luneherbals @celestialgoods @littlepopcart you brought the FUN, man. The good ass energy, the vibes, the goodies that supplied the grooves so hard!! I love you all so much.

And my girl @emilykat_photo WOW 😭 so completely obsessed and speechless over these photos. You really outdid yourself sis. Love you so much.

So much more to share from this unforgettable evening together, but I just am so grateful to do this. I’m so grateful for this community.

To me, this is what it’s all about. Enjoying every juicy moment of our time here together 🤸

G&G will be back in the spring too! Stay tuned.

Lessons from September:

- let go because you were dealt a losing hand, and you’re still winning
- let go because you’re a role model to the people you support
- let go because you surround yourself with beautiful souls
- let go because the even the shy animals feel safe around you
- let go because your work never goes unnoticed
- let go because these fools could never hold a candle of an ember to the raging flames inside you

Just. Let. Go. This winter arc is about to go fucking crazy. 10/01-01/01, let’s get it.

In just a few days, we finally come back together after 6 long months 🥹

If you’ve been feeling the weight of the world, you’re not alone. We’re all feeling it.

And you know what really helps? ❤️‍🩹

A moment to rest and find some stillness. To feel yourself breathe. To listen to relaxing sounds and feel the sunshine on your skin.

To be present with the beauty that’s literally all around us, and in us, that we lose sight of when the noise of every day life gets loud ❤️

A moment to play and dance with friends, old and new, also really helps.

To get lost in the music and let it take you on a journey, unleashing your inner child who’s been locked up for too long! To wiggle all your worries away, smile, laugh, and feel what it feels like to be truly alive.

That’s the Ground & Groove intention 🙏 always has been, and always will be. This is your space to take whatever you need. To fill your cup back up in whatever way feels good.

& your beloved G&G crew is here to make it the most memorable, warm, welcoming, loving, intentional, FUN, and vibey af experince for you 🫶

Happy Thank You Thursday! 🐾💛

We have some amazing people to thank this week! A huge thank you to Lisa for donating to Fresno’s dental fund, Sue for donating wet kitty food, Tiana & Zander for donating dog food and kitty supplies, and Danielle & Patty for donating kitty toys and kitty food! 🐱🐶

We truly wouldn’t be able to run our rescue the way we do without these necessary donations. Every bag of food, every toy, every supply, and every dollar helps us continue caring for animals in need. We are so incredibly grateful for everyone who supports our little rescue! 🥹💛

Please consider donating to Whisker Outpost and helping us continue saving lives! 🐾🏕️

Baby’s first runway show for @studio93md 🥲❤️

Never in a million years did I think I’d have the opportunity to do something like this!!! Like WHAT 🥹

One thing about me is I’ll almost never pass up an opportunity to get outside my comfort zone, especially if it involves supporting your friends, and being a damn canvas for literal creation!! 🎨

This was so fun, ugh. And also so tiring. And so humbling. Can’t even tell you the rollercoaster of emotions I felt all day!

But absolutely nothing will beat the adrenaline of having all eyes on me strutting my damn stuff in the absolute masterpieces my girl @izzthisthingon made and @angieferrier3! 😮‍💨 Just utterly phenomenal.

I have so much more I wanna share about the entire journey over all the months it took us to get here 🙏 but we celebratin!!! Incredible show. Incredible humans doing incredible things right here.

What an absolute honor to be involved 😍 And thank you sooo freaking much to our friends and my mama who came out to support us. It meant the whole damn world to us.

I also cannot WAIT to see how the pictures from the show and our photoshoot came out ahhhh!!!!!

This was Z and I after throwing our very first @livemindfulaf Ground & Groove in January 🥹

I remember we were just on such a high (& exhausted) and this was the only pic we had snapped together from the whole day. After everything was over, in our bathroom lol

Pic 2 is Lauren and I after everyone had left and we had just cleaned everything up. Giving her that “we fkn did it dude” hug was everything 😭

And the next day, I sat outside journaling and reflecting on everything just SOBBING, man. For the first time ever, I finally felt so deeply in my body that this is what I’m meant to do.

And the gratitude flowing through every part of me was just…ugh there are no words to explain it!! Pure love. Pure magic. Truly.

I seriously can’t tell you guys how much joy it brings me to create this sweet little space where we not only can bring some stillness and relaxation into our bodies/minds, but also allow the feral little kiddies in us to let loose!! And together!! 🥹

I’ll never forget all the kind words so many of you said to me that day and the days after about how you need this in your life. And if I could do it more often 🥰 like how fkn cool is that. My heart was bursting over and over and over again, for real.

I’m so honored, you guys. It’s such an honor to serve you in this way!! And guess what, I’m not going to stop hehe 😎 we’re having madddd fun and reconnecting with ourselves through both stillness and movement for the foreseeable future together, k?

Tomorrow, tickets are officially on sale for our 3rd installment of Ground & Groove to our Mindful AF email fam!! 🪩🕺🏻

If you’ve been to a G&G before or you’re on our email list (link in the Mindful AF bio to get on 👀) the ticket link will be waiting in your inbox for you first thing in the morning 🫶 As always, you get first dibs!

And on Friday, we unleash everything to the rest of our beautiful AZ community 🥲 I seriously can’t wait to run it back with you all. We have lots of juicy fun planned.

I love you, my friends ❤️ Thank you for trusting in me and allowing me the opportunity to pour into you. I really hope to see you on 10/3!!
