We had a chat with @bennys_wrx_offical about his Subie, and what a weapon of a car! 🔥

From the crazy colour to the custom THE LATE SHIFT sun visor banner, it's awesome seeing people putting their own touch on their builds.

Even better is getting to know the people behind the cars. Ben's an awesome bloke who's getting right behind the community and what we're trying to build.

It's people like this who help us bring the car scene back the right way. Creating a space where everyone can come together, share their passion and enjoy the culture for what it is.

Not everyone at a meet has to have the craziest build — or even have a car there at all.

You might be there to view, build, drive, camp, have a chat, or even pull up in your Stage 4 invisible spaceship 😂

We had a chat with Johnny, who on the night was showcasing the 4WDs and some of the accessories he’s got, with plans to have a few smaller bits on hand at the next one.

Then Nash and myself had a chat about everyone who helped set the standard on the night.

Viewer, builder, driver, camper — whatever your place in the scene is, the whole point is to create a space where everyone can be part of the community and help set the standard for what these meets should be.

No egos. Just community. 🤝

“Got my car tuned from Facebook Marketplace.”

Sounds like the start of a bad idea… but it actually turned out to be one of the best mods I’ve done.

The CL9 was never meant to be a race car. It was just supposed to be a reliable daily.

This is our Nissan Cima Y31 limited

Far from perfect. Paint’s tired. Rust has had its turn. Half the engine bay is half apart.
But that’s exactly why we chose it.

Anyone can buy something finished. We wanted a car with history. A car with character. A car we’ll earn.
