We had a chat with @bennys_wrx_offical about his Subie, and what a weapon of a car! 🔥 From the crazy colour to the custom THE LATE SHIFT sun visor banner, it's awesome seeing people putting their own touch on their builds. Even better is getting to know the people behind the cars. Ben's an awesome bloke who's getting right behind the community and what we're trying to build. It's people like this who help us bring the car scene back the right way. Creating a space where everyone can come together, share their passion and enjoy the culture for what it is. No egos. Just community. 🤝 #thelateshift #carcommunity #subaru #carculture #waggawagga

Who’s keen for a Halloween meet 🎃

Not everyone at a meet has to have the craziest build — or even have a car there at all. You might be there to view, build, drive, camp, have a chat, or even pull up in your Stage 4 invisible spaceship 😂 We had a chat with Johnny, who on the night was showcasing the 4WDs and some of the accessories he’s got, with plans to have a few smaller bits on hand at the next one. Then Nash and myself had a chat about everyone who helped set the standard on the night. Viewer, builder, driver, camper — whatever your place in the scene is, the whole point is to create a space where everyone can be part of the community and help set the standard for what these meets should be. No egos. Just community. 🤝 cheers @b_grade_build for jumping on the camera👏

What a crazy ride this has been watching @thalateshift grown. Can’t wait to see the photos and videos that come from tonight’s meet, be there or be square!! Here’s a little mash up of some of the media from the last meet. Big shout out to @thalateshift @propaganda.mov @itsnashnixon @new_perspective_media_au @casamiacafe_wagga @riv_autophotos @b_grade_build @piscesphotogallery fryinit_media matthew Weymouth @riverinathrashers @wow.weaponsonwheels @thewildones88 and the many others that have spent countless hours covering these events, showing face and doing things such as jumping on board for collabs, volunteering, photography, videography, drone shots, marketing and more without everyone’s combined effort these events just wouldn’t be the same. See you back on main entry from 6pm tonight Friday the 18th of September! No Egos, Just Community. #carmeet #familyfriendly #thankful #jdm #holden

Everyone has their own reasons to love cars — and probably just as many reasons to hate them. Different cars, different plans, different stories. These interviews are about getting to know the faces behind the cars and hearing a little insight into their individual stories — what they drive, where they want to take it, and what got them into cars in the first place. Because there’s always more to the community than just the cars. No egos. Just community. #afterhours #carculture #thelateshift #carmeet #carcommunity

I just woke up from a dream… Still thinking about Saturday night. Another meet, another packed car park and another reminder of why we started The Late Shift in the first place. Good cars, good people, familiar faces and plenty of new ones joining us for the first time. Thank you to everyone who came down, respected the venue, supported Casa Mia and helped us keep setting the standard for what the local scene can be. We’re learning and building with every meet — and we’re nowhere near finished yet. See you at the next shift. No egos. Just community. #afterhours #carculture #carmeet #carcommunity #thalateshift

WAGGA WAGGA CAR MEET — SATURDAY 29 AUGUST We’re back for another one. This month, The Late Shift is taking over Home Base, from 6PM, with Casa Mia Café opening up for the night alongside us. Cars, coffee, food, merch and a packed car park — bring whatever you’re proud of. JDM, Aussie, Euro, classics, 4WDs, bikes, builds or daily drivers. Everyone’s welcome. This one is also a bit of a trial run for some bigger things we’ve got planned, so come down, support the café and help us make it a good one. When you arrive, please follow the directions of our volunteer traffic coordinators. They’re there to help get everyone parked safely and make the most of the space we have. A good night takes everyone doing their bit, so work with the crew and help us keep things running smoothly. Let’s set the standard together 🤝 📍 Home Base, — Wagga Wagga 📅 Saturday 29 August ⏰ From 6PM STATIC MEET — respect the venue and the people around it. No skids. No excessive revving. No egos. Just community. See you on the late shift.
