Everyone’s got a why.

Mine is my missus. She’s been too sick to work for the past five years, and watching someone you love go through that changes what matters to you.

I want to build a life where I can support her, be there for her, and give us both more freedom. That’s what lights a fire under my arse every day.

I’m taking it one step at a time. Every follow, like and comment helps me get a little closer. Thank you for being here ❤️ by @propertypickles

Found a property, but not sure what you’re actually taking on?

I’ll view it with you or for you, flag visible issues and give you realistic renovation cost estimates.

£199 — Viewing & Advice
Photos, POV videos of every room, measurements, a drone roof inspection and a quick debrief. The information you need to make a decision.

£399 — Property & Deal Review
Everything above, plus a detailed written report, renovation cost estimates and deal analysis. We’ll work through the numbers together to see if it stacks.

£799 — The Full Package
Everything above, plus a schedule of works, itemised budget, introductions to the right people and assistance through to completion.

I'm really please with how this one turned out. The aim was 7 days and only £5k, it took 10 days and £7k. Definitely one of the easiest refurbs of my career but probably one of the most satisfying.

Big shout out to @thestagingexperts & @celestestaging.co.uk the ladies did a fantastic job at turning this house into a home 🏡

This one will be on the market some time next week, keep your eyes peeled 👀 by @propertypickles

I’m absolutely buzzing with how this one’s turned out. What started as one of the lightest refurbs of my career has become one of my favourites.

We bought it for £155,000 and we’re hoping to get £250k+ back on the sale. We spent £7,000 in total, including staging.

That’s £2,000 over budget, but we’re happy with where the money went and confident we’ll get the return — and a quick sale.

It’ll be hitting the open market soon, so keep an eye out if you’re looking to buy by @propertypickles

Collaboration in action. 🤍

There’s something really special about seeing people come together, share their skills and create something wonderful.

This recent staging was a lovely example of just that.

Steph, one of our wonderful mentees, worked alongside Olivia from The Staging Experts to bring this property to life.

Sharing knowledge, combining experience, supporting one another and, most importantly, delivering something wonderful for the client.

Because for us, mentoring has always been about so much more than advice.

It’s about building confidence, creating opportunities and being there to support others as they grow.

We genuinely believe there’s room for everyone to succeed, and some of the best things happen when we work together.

Collaboration over competition. Always. 🤍

I attended a great event last week host by @saifrehan. This wasn't like your usual networking event, it was lead by sharing the struggles, the downfalls and the road blocks of of business.

Being in a room with like minded and experience minds soon turned those problems to solutions - this is literally what its all about.

Lifting people up is a literal super power, use it!

Go to slide 10 to see me death stare Saif 😂

Listen to me, I'm always right 😂

Not a clue what I was talking to April and Rebecca about it 😂
