Collaboration in action. 🤍

There’s something really special about seeing people come together, share their skills and create something wonderful.

This recent staging was a lovely example of just that.

Steph, one of our wonderful mentees, worked alongside Olivia from The Staging Experts to bring this property to life.

Sharing knowledge, combining experience, supporting one another and, most importantly, delivering something wonderful for the client.

Because for us, mentoring has always been about so much more than advice.

It’s about building confidence, creating opportunities and being there to support others as they grow.

We genuinely believe there’s room for everyone to succeed, and some of the best things happen when we work together.

Collaboration over competition. Always. 🤍

Launched a monthly mastermind for Manchester’s most active property investors, and the buzz in the room told me straight away this was one of the best ideas I’ve had, so shout me if you want in next month 🫡

Amazing weekend spent with @_themembersclub at the @marcbirdproperty summer BBQ extravaganza.
Lots of good food, conversations and laughter was had by everyone.
The surprise appearance of Dappy from N’Dubz and the bucking bronco certainly made the event one to remember.

Week 6 snap summary

This week was a real mix.

We started by taking a day away from the renovation for Dave Day. Over 42,000 bikers passed through Barrow, all coming together for an incredible cause.

Back on site, the UK decided to throw us 30°C weather, so we worked around the heat as best we could while the builders carried on with the drainage.

Daley laid his first ever bricks and built two curved walls that have completely transformed the bottom of the garden, while I finished wallpapering the garden room and fitting the architraves.

Our bathroom challenge is still going too...

Current total raised: £1,649 💰

Every week we're selling, donating and recycling as much as we can. Although... I really need to stop saying "I'll list that later" and actually get the rest on Facebook Marketplace 😂

This week also reminded us that, as important as projects are, they're never the most important thing.

After hearing some difficult news about a friend, it hit home again how important it is to check in on the people around you. Four and a half years after losing my brother Alex, those reminders never get any easier.

If you've been meaning to message someone, do it today.

You never know how much it might mean.

See you in Week 7 👊

Day 38 & 39 👊

Continued converting the aviary into a summer house.

It’s amazing how quickly a room starts feeling finished.

Our little blackbird was back too.

Honestly, she’s more punctual than some contractors 😂

Then Ryan and Kieran popped over from TMC.

Property chat, site plans, mooch in the treasure shed.

Followed by air-fresco dining.

AIr fryer plugged into an extension lead.

Reno life ✌️
