Today is #survivorday i’m posting this photo from
June 13, 2019, the day of my attempt. I’m still physically here to tell my story but so many aren’t. Be their voice say their name out loud let them know they are not forgotten. Sending love to those who have lost a loved one to suicide. It's not your fault You’re not alone.

Wow, looking at these photos brings back so many memories. (2019) These were taken just two days after my attempt. Still trying to celebrate a birthday I prayed I wouldn’t wake up to see. I was trying so hard to hold it together and act like nothing ever happened, while the hospital bracelet was still on my wrist.

Looking back now, it reminds me how much strength it can take just to keep going when you’re hurting inside. You truly never know what someone may be fighting silently behind a smile, a conversation, or a photo.

This is a reminder to lead with kindness, empathy, and compassion because even the strongest people can be carrying battles no one sees. And most importantly, a reminder that no one is ever truly alone, even in their darkest moments.
