POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Today is #nationalsuicidepreventionday, but really everyday is #suicidepreventionawareness.

It’s in the simple ways - the smiles at strangers, eye contact in conversations, kindness in our actions, compassion in our voice, the “just because” I LOVE YOU and the hugs loaded with empathy and care.

Basically, how you treat others matters. Words have impact and actions tell a thousand words.

This past Saturday, I was invited into a prayer and healing space (circle), to empower and pour into women. With deep gratitude, I appreciate @josies_legacy for such great honor!🥹🫶🏾

It was an intimate moment filled with so much vulnerability, love, acceptance, truth, grace, deep gratitude——and so much more!

As I prepared and then released what God told me to tell the women, I felt a shift in my own life 🙌🏾

He said, and I am echoing, “If you would only learn to master transitions in your life, you’d be UNSTOPPABLE!”

I don’t know who this resonates with but do what He said and watch——-You’re born to master life, transitions/changes and all thattttt🔥🔥🔥

Ok, I love youuuuu🫶🏾🙏🏾

My heart is full 💚 I’m so grateful for everyone who attended Still Here: A Will to Thrive and for those who supported by purchasing tickets, sending prayers, and holding us in intention, even if you couldn’t be in the room.

Thank you to my co-host Tenaisha @protect_thy_mental and our powerful speakers Rahson and Sheba @shebaaempowers for showing up with purpose, transparency, and vulnerability. Every story shared, by speaker and attendee alike, helped create a healing, therapeutic, and divine space.

Tonight was a reminder of the power of will, community, connection, and the choices that keep us going. The synchronicity was undeniable.✨

Grief doesn’t go away but it can soften when we find ways to honor the ones we’ve lost.

One way to process grief is by memorializing your loved one through action & intention: light a candle🕯️, start a project in their name, or show up for others in the way they once showed up for you. 🫂

Today would have been my mother Josie’s 64th birthday. 🎈🕊️Josie’s Legacy was created in her honor, and though she’s no longer here, her love lives on through every healing space we create.💚

✨ In memory of Josie, whose name lives on in love and legacy.

🎉Birthday Giveaway! 🎉

We’re giving away 1 free ticket and 2 half price tickets to Still Here: A Will to Thrive .🎨💚

🎟️ Must be claimed on Eventbrite by 11:59 PM tonight.
