We have been contacted by a major magazine publisher who are looking for the use of a members 106 GTI for an upcoming special edition.

The car should be standard both internally and externally, however engine/mechanical modifications are ok.

The photo shoot will be taking place at the Great British Car Journey, a motoring museum in Ambergate, Derbyshire, on Thursday 10th September

They are ideally looking for someone who was been an active participant within the club and who can speak from experience about some of the amazing events that the club has hosted this year, and also help our readers better understand what makes the 106 GTi so special

Fuel to and from the venue will be covered, as will teas/coffees and lunch, with a guest of the driver also welcome to attend.

All photos taken on the day by professional freelance photographers will also be made available free of charge.

The car itself can be trailered to the event but must be roadworthy to generate both static and motion photography that’s required.

If interested and available please direct message on here or contact secretary@pscuk.net with a picture of your car, contact details and membership number to be put forward. by @pscuk_

Another eventful morning spent @prescottspeedhillclimb for PugFest 2026.

There was a fine selection of models on show in the paddock and plenty of action on the track! I’ve never seen such a large selection of car polish in one place at one time!

Hope you like the photos, there are hundreds more to see on www.motioncapturephotography.com

Enjoy! 🚗
