Canada racing is always one of my favorite trips of the year 🇨🇦 so far the races haven’t been the smoothest but I’m loving the process of finding my rhythm again. We have one more go at it tomorrow and it might even be a wet race 🤭[o]: @cloud9media_productions by @psyched4bikes

This month a big focus of mine is recovery. With so much travel and lots of races it’s easy to get behind on sleep and recovery. My favorite thing to do lately is to end every ride with some stretching and a bottle of @skratchlabs chocolate recovery mix that I get from @thefeed 😋#thefeedjune by @psyched4bikes

Enduro Nationals 🇺🇸 🥇 This year we got everything from sunshine, rain, snow,… and I loved every second of it! I’m happy to have been able to defend my title for Expert 19-29 women. Time to move up to Pro next year!🤭Extra special this year because I got to race with my dad @damonnielson13 on each stage both days, he absolutely crushed it and can’t wait to do it again next year 😈 by @psyched4bikes

Changed out for the big bike this week🤩 Enduro Nationals tomorrow and Sunday! Got to get a look at the 7 stages today and I’m loving all the steep fresh cut loam and all the park style sections ✨ let’s see how it rips at race pace over the next 2 days of racing! And 🤞🏻there’s less snow than last year ❄️ by @psyched4bikes
