My second favourite "c" word, right after 'churros con chocolate' 🍫😂.

On a serious note, it's the small daily wins - especially on tough days - that keep me motivated for myself and my clients.

And trust me, consistency is a game-changer especially after those 16-hour flying days and you don't know what time zone your body is on 👀😂➡️

After all, we don't get ready...we whattt? We STAY ready! 😉 So, keep on shining, because you're a Million Dollar Bill, babyyy...🔥

This week marked 3 years of living the dream as Cabin Crew.

Ironically, I now spend my life up in the clouds and yet, have never felt so grounded, happy, and focussed.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of it. I've always believed you have the dreams you have because you are the person capable of making them real ❤️ So, never forget that! Keep grafting!

As for me...my summer vacation has officially started!! 🍾 🥂 ✈️ Sun salutations & Greek food? Here we come! 🧘‍♂️

See you in the skies very soon for more bubbles & banter!! 🫧

Summer Sensations pt. 1☀️

A summer of travels around the world, and yet, good energy was the greatest currency 👌 ❤️

Sunday Self-Talk: Stop waiting for the "perfect time" to balance your life—it doesn't exist!

I used to think my career had to pause for my personal growth, or vice versa, but the truth is they feed each other. Building my professional journey means nothing if I’m neglecting the person running it, right?

So, here are the two 'suits' I wear to help become the best Blair ➡️

It's a cocktail of callbells and dumbbells, and I wake up & love it! 😉 Every week my goal is to take flight personally and professionally. The challenge? Making sure I balance enough rest between the flights, and the 'sets' 💪😅 ... some weeks I am falling asleep on that gym bench, haha!

What's one goal you're prioritising this week? 👇

Why does nature feel so peaceful? 🌊

Because it never tries to prove itself. The ocean doesn’t compete with the sky, and the waves don’t try to flow faster than they're meant to. Just being, just breathing, and letting everything else fade into the background.

And no better place to lose yourself in the waves and wonder, than sunny California! 😎 That coastline feels like medicine! ✨️

Now, off to become a Malibu Merman for the foreseeable! 🧜‍♂️ 💋

Not lost, just wandering... 🐘 🌿

And no place like the Art District in Delhi to wander, wonder, and feel WOW'ed by 😀👌 Serious artworks and beautiful backdrops.

How beautiful this life is 💚

If you're ever in Delhi, DM for the details, and be sure to stop by! There are so many artworks to see 😊

Soaking up the creativity and talent across this part of Delhi almost made me forget about the 44C heat (almost!?😆💦). That tuk tuk ride back was like a 45min mobile sauna sesh! 🔥 hahaha! 😄

Sending love x

India. You always bring me such peace & presence 🇮🇳

This trip to Delhi was about uncovering corners of myself that I never knew existed. And that's the gift of travel, don't you think?

Thanks for the belly laughs, your beautiful hospitality, and for the shade in the 44C sun, phwoaaar!! 😂. I'm forever wandering about like a stranger, but you never make me feel like one in your country! A truly beautiful destination, inside and out 🧡

See you soon, B 😊🇮🇳 x

This is your Monday Reminder: Rest is a necessity, not a reward 🤍

I've been taking a page out of life’s true luxury book this summer, with slow mornings, clear water, and a quiet mind being my top 3 essentials.

...Just toss in a cortado ☕️ and I'm one happy bunny! 🌴🐰☀️

What little luxuries would make your morning list? 😊

Let's start July with resetting, recharging, and romanticising the simple things ✨️

Sunday Reminder: you really can do anything. Don't allow anyone else's limitations become your own. Go out there and make magic happen ✨️

I'll see you out there 😉

Love B x
