Я прийняла рішення віддати Чарлі…
Я наняла собачого няня, проконсультувалася з кінологом, шукала день і ніч варіанти. Кінолог пообіцяв мені пів року екологічних тренувань, щоб він не реагував на зовнішні звуки. В мене немає пів року😭
Електрошокер, ошийник з шипами, седативні і операції-не опції для мене, бо це не відповідає моїм власним цінностям любові до тварини.
І я почала шукати люблячу родину, яка жила б у великому будинку, з дітьми і тваринами. Я вирішила дати йому те, що я вже не можу. Знайти тих, хто полюбить його так само, як люблю його я.
Тоді я заснула в сльозах і з впевненістю, що це правильне рішення для нього, хоч і дуже важке для мене.
А наступного дня так сталося, що старша донька запитала мене про Чарлі. Так сталося, що я поділилася своїм рішенням і не стримала сліз, які просто лилися з мене Ніагарою. Так сталося, що бувший чоловік приїхав раніше додому, а я затрималася з молодшою в кімнаті. Так сталося, що старша донька щось сказала чоловікові. Так сталося, що він їі почув. Так сталося, що він дозволив Чарлі залишитися в будинку, де я зможу його бачити кожен раз, як приїжджаю до дітей.
Я знайшла люблячу родину, яка живе у великому будинку, з дітьми і тваринами. І я завжди поруч! Я ЩАСЛИВА😍

She stopped posing. And that’s when the portrait began.

There is a moment during every session when a woman forgets about the camera.
She stops thinking about how she looks, where to put her hands, whether the angle is right.

She simply becomes herself.

She laughs. She moves. She breathes. She lets go.

And this is the moment I’m always waiting for.

Because for me, a portrait is not about creating a perfect version of a woman.
It’s about revealing the one that already exists — alive, sensual, strong, vulnerable, free.

What happens to a woman in 90 minutes?

At the beginning, there is often tension.

Where should I look? What should I do with my hands? How should I stand? I’m not photogenic. I don’t know how to pose.

And I never expect you to know.

The first minutes are not about creating the perfect photograph. They are about getting comfortable. We talk. We move. We forget about the camera for a moment.

And slowly, something changes.

The shoulders relax.
The movements become natural.
The need to control every expression disappears.

And somewhere between the first and the last frame, I begin to see you — not the version you prepared for the camera, but the woman underneath it.

More confident. More vulnerable. More feminine. More real.

That is what Pulsaira is about.

Not teaching women how to pose, but creating enough space for them to stop posing.

Sometimes, a portrait is not about capturing who you are.

Through conversation, emotion and photography, something begins to shift. You see yourself differently. You feel differently. You allow yourself to be vulnerable, strong, feminine — without having to perform for the camera.

“I’ve never had a photoshoot before. I don’t know how to pose. What if I don’t like myself in the photos?”

I hear this all the time.

Most women who come to me are nervous at first. They feel shy, they don’t know what to do with their hands, how to look at the camera or how to “be natural.”

And that’s completely okay. Because you don’t need to know how to pose.

For me, the most important part of a psychological portrait is the process. We talk. We move. We laugh. We create trust. And little by little, the tension disappears, the walls come down, and the real woman begins to appear in front of my camera.

I’ve been photographing women for more than 10 years. I know how to guide you, what to ask, when to talk and when to simply give you space to feel.

My job is not to teach you how to look beautiful in a photograph.
My job is to create a space where you can finally stop posing — and let me see you.

That is where the real portrait begins.

PULSAIRA begins here.

I have photographed women for many years.
But this project is about more than a portrait.

PULSAIRA is a black & white portrait project about women — their faces, their stories, their strength, their vulnerability, and everything that exists beyond the roles we carry every day.

100 women. 100 portraits. 100 stories.

No need to perform.
No need to be perfect.
No need to become someone else in front of the camera.

I want to photograph the woman who remains when we put expectations aside.

And perhaps the most important question behind this project is:

Who are you when no one expects anything from you?

I think it’s only right that this story begins with me.
