The most beautiful relationship
you will ever have
is the one with your own soul.
Learn her language.
Listen to her silence.
And never abandon her
for anything that takes you
further away from yourself. taken in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by @zurich.ph

Instagram has always been a little like a diary for me. And maybe one day, when you’re all grown up, you’ll find this post and read it. 🤍

In two weeks, it will be your birthday.

Maybe that’s why the autumn holidays always feel so special to me. These are the two weeks before your birthday when I can slow down, spend more time with you, and really see how much you’ve changed over the past year — everything you’ve learned, everything you’ve achieved, and the person you’re becoming.

I think these might be my favorite holidays of the entire year.

Motherhood is the best thing that has ever happened to me. And I’m endlessly grateful that I get to be the mother of a daughter like you.

Today, you completed an incredibly challenging hike with so much ease and confidence — without fear, without hesitation. And as I watched you, I could only think about how incredibly proud I am of you.

I hope that one day, when you read these words as a grown woman, you’ll know just how much I loved watching you grow. 🤍 by @zurich.ph
