Many of you will already know, but Monday will be my last day teaching at Studio Be. A very bittersweet moment as I move on while leaving behind such a wonderful studio, filled with such a supportive team of instructors and clients.

A massive thank you to everyone who attended my classes at Studio Be and trusted me to be part of their Pilates journey- it certainly didn’t go unnoticed. I have gained so much more than just experience as a teacher; I’ve gained friendships and become part of a community I never would have had without these classes.

An extended thank you to Yaz and the Studio Be team for providing the space for me to flourish as a teacher. As one of the studio’s OG instructors, it has been so rewarding to watch the studio grow over time, and I can’t wait to see where it goes next.

Although I won’t be teaching for the moment, I’ll still be keeping you all updated so we can stay connected from afar.

There’s still time to book in for Monday’s classes, so please pop in for one final pulse together! ❤️ by @pulsepilatess
