Sometimes, we have to make room for new things to happen, and those are the moments when happiness and a heavy heart coexist 🧡

PULSO was TOCA’s first collaboration partner, and I am so proud of everything we have created together: all the challenges we set for ourselves, all the love and sweat (quite literally) we poured into this project, and every time we reminded ourselves that we have created something truly special - something that encourages people to take care of their bodies and minds.

That is exactly why this collaboration made so much sense from day one - we share the same intention: to take care of others through what we do 🧡💙

Today, we say goodbye, or at least farewell, to this collaboration.

Océ, thank you for believing in my project and for being such a big part of TOCA’s story.

A bittersweet post to share today.

After a beautiful year, PULSO Indoor is officially coming to an end.

What started as a little dream became so much more than a Pilates space. It became a place to move, connect, grow, and share something I deeply love with so many of you.

For personal reasons, life is taking me in a different direction for now, and although closing this chapter wasn’t an easy decision, I know it’s the right one.

I’m endlessly grateful to every person who stepped onto a mat with me, whether it was once or every week. Thank you for trusting me, supporting this project, and giving PULSO a reason to exist 🫶🏻.

And a very special thank you to Isa and @toca.handmadeceramics for believing in my vision from the beginning and giving PULSO a beautiful place to call home. I’ll always be grateful for what we created together 🧡💙.

PULSO Indoor is closing, but PULSO Collective isn’t disappearing. It’s simply taking a break, with no plans or expectations for what comes next. Maybe one day it will come back through outdoor classes, special events, retreats, collaborations, or in a completely different form.

Life has taught me that sometimes, we have to make space for one dream so another can come to life.

So this isn’t goodbye. It’s simply see you later.

Join us for a cozy and creative collab 💙🧡

Move, unwind, and get your hands messy at our new Pilates & Ceramics series in Lisbon - a blend of mindful movement, creativity, and good vibes.

Each event includes a 50-minute Pilates flow (teached in English, all levels welcome), followed by a 2-hour ceramic painting session (teached in English, Portuguese and/or German, no experience needed), where you can choose your favorite piece and make it truly yours. At TOCA, you will find a wide selection of pieces available, each priced individually and added to the workshop fee.

To complete the cozy experience, enjoy a hot drink and a delicious croissant from the one and only doBeco, shared in a warm, relaxed group atmosphere.

Please arrive on time: We allow a tolerance of up to 5 minutes after the start time. Guests arriving later than 5 minutes will not be able to join the Pilates session, but are still welcome to participate in the ceramics part of the event.

@toca.handmadeceramics, @morningmatters_ & @pulsocollective, @musa_studio and @lane_club and @ninabranco are coming together for another flea market edition at TOCA 🛍️

But this time, we wanted to create more than just a market, a full Sunday experience ✨

Before the flea market begins, 6 people will get the chance to join a special Pilates & Ceramics experience from 9:30am to 10:45am:
Start your morning with a 30-min Pilates flow by PULSO, followed by a 45-min ceramic painting session by TOCA where you’ll paint your own coffee cup ☕ While creating, enjoy a freshly brewed filter coffee by Morning Matters, the perfect slow morning combo.

All of this for a special flea market price of only 20€/person 🌞

We believe movement is more than just something we do with our bodies. It’s part of how we move through life, how we reconnect with ourselves, and how we connect with others!

That’s why in our Pilates and Yoga classes, we always include a social moment after the session, time to slow down, chat, and meet like-minded women.

@pulsocollective and @nomadgirlsclub have been joining forces since last year to create this beautiful space for you 💖
