On a break 💙

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sometimes, we have to make room for new things to happen, and those are the moments when happiness and a heavy heart coexist 🧡

PULSO was TOCA’s first collaboration partner, and I am so proud of everything we have created together: all the challenges we set for ourselves, all the love and sweat (quite literally) we poured into this project, and every time we reminded ourselves that we have created something truly special - something that encourages people to take care of their bodies and minds.

That is exactly why this collaboration made so much sense from day one - we share the same intention: to take care of others through what we do 🧡💙

Today, we say goodbye, or at least farewell, to this collaboration.

Océ, thank you for believing in my project and for being such a big part of TOCA’s story.

TOCA’s doors will always be open to you!
@pulsocollective

Stay tuned to see what‘s to come at TOCA 🧡

Join us for a cozy and creative collab 💙🧡

Move, unwind, and get your hands messy at our new Pilates & Ceramics series in Lisbon - a blend of mindful movement, creativity, and good vibes.

Each event includes a 50-minute Pilates flow (teached in English, all levels welcome), followed by a 2-hour ceramic painting session (teached in English, Portuguese and/or German, no experience needed), where you can choose your favorite piece and make it truly yours. At TOCA, you will find a wide selection of pieces available, each priced individually and added to the workshop fee.

To complete the cozy experience, enjoy a hot drink and a delicious croissant from the one and only doBeco, shared in a warm, relaxed group atmosphere.

Please arrive on time: We allow a tolerance of up to 5 minutes after the start time. Guests arriving later than 5 minutes will not be able to join the Pilates session, but are still welcome to participate in the ceramics part of the event.

🪩 This spring, TOCA is turning into a second-hand market once again 🪩

@toca.handmadeceramics, @morningmatters_ & @pulsocollective, @musa_studio and @lane_club and @ninabranco are coming together for another flea market edition at TOCA 🛍️

But this time, we wanted to create more than just a market, a full Sunday experience ✨

Before the flea market begins, 6 people will get the chance to join a special Pilates & Ceramics experience from 9:30am to 10:45am:
Start your morning with a 30-min Pilates flow by PULSO, followed by a 45-min ceramic painting session by TOCA where you’ll paint your own coffee cup ☕ While creating, enjoy a freshly brewed filter coffee by Morning Matters, the perfect slow morning combo.

All of this for a special flea market price of only 20€/person 🌞

Only 6 spots available, book yours through the link in bio.

PLUS, we prepared a few special surprises for you 🎉

1️⃣ Join the Pilates & Ceramics experience and get 2€ off at the flea market

2️⃣ Book any TOCA and/or PULSO service the day before* the flea market and enter a giveaway to win:

- 1 FREE class at PULSO Indoor

- 1 FREE spot for Stroke & Color at TOCA

*The day after, we’ll reach out to you with all the details on how to claim your gift ✨

Then from 11am, the flea market officially opens: expect handpicked pieces from our wardrobes - clothes, shoes, bags, accessories & more, all ready to be re-loved - Nina, from Stylelab will be on site to help you pick only the best gems! ✨

During the flea market, you will have @morningmatters_ serving coffee until 16:30 and after, @lane_club taking over the drinks with their sour beer!

The cherry on top: MUSA studio will join us with a Brow & Lash Bar during the whole event! Booking via DM directly to MUSA or drop-in (subject to availability).

We believe movement is more than just something we do with our bodies. It’s part of how we move through life, how we reconnect with ourselves, and how we connect with others!

That’s why in our Pilates and Yoga classes, we always include a social moment after the session, time to slow down, chat, and meet like-minded women.

@pulsocollective and @nomadgirlsclub have been joining forces since last year to create this beautiful space for you 💖

I’m so looking forward to meeting you again on the mat on June 7!

Throwback to our dreamy Pilates, Snacks & Brunch with @pulsocollective 💖 and hosted by @communitybyngan @val.castano

Thank you all for moving, sharing, and connecting with us!

As I said, this is not your average Pilates class where you leave right after the workout. We stayed for the conversations, the snacks, the soft community energy, and those little moments that make Lisbon feel more like home.

Join our next edition: June 7, 10:30 AM at Jardim do Torel ✨
