New arc — on a journey of becoming liquid

Finding new ways to express what needs to be said

Opening the glasswork arc, while of course the ceramic one continues and will probably follow me throughout my lifetime.

Exploring different creative languages, giving birth to artefacts in different forms as ways of expressing my psyche, this complex maze that brings me excitement, curiosity, and, from time to time, a little despair.

Clay, glass, visual language, scent… for now, these are the tools through which I translate what lives within me.

I first discovered Hilma af Klint’s work in Berlin a few years ago and it spoke to me immediately

Her paintings feel like a translation of the invisible
a language beyond words, coming from another realm

The swans, in particular, hold a quiet duality ; two forces in balance, slowly becoming one

In my own interpretation, it resonates with Taoist philosophy. A search for balance, a middle path between opposites

I feel deeply connected to that in my practice
trying to give form to what cannot fully be seen
through clay
