HYROX talk first. HYROX work second.

Fleet Feet DFW and PUMA are teaming up with Hidden Gym in Allen for a HYROX Community Activation. Coach Shelly Reynolds opens the morning with a panel alongside Kara Mobly, Chris Balven, and Harrison Lewis, followed by an open Q&A. Bring your questions.

After the panel, Coach Shelly leads a 45 to 60 minute HYROX style workout. We’ll wrap with a pop-up shop featuring the Deviate 4 NITRO HYROX, the Deviate 4 NITRO Elite HYROX and HYROX apparel.

Whether you’re training for HYROX, racing it now or curious what it’s about, this morning is for you. Space is limited to 50 people, so grab your spot through the link in bio before it’s too late.

Got these on my feet courtesy of @fleetfeetdfw and I’m not gonna lie, I’ve been waiting to put them through real work.

HYROX training block is already underway and this is the pair I’ve been rotating in for it.

Love these shoes. Great for logging miles, but also holding up well through lifting sessions. That’s not an easy combo to nail, most shoes make you choose one or the other.

If you’re local to DFW and need a proper fitting, go see the team at Fleet Feet.
