Six months away from the feed.
Six months of silence while I worked in the shadows.

No announcements. No noise. Just early mornings, late nights, and relentless discipline.

This prep wasn’t easy. It pushed me to limits I didn’t know I had — physically and mentally. But that’s the beauty of chasing something bigger than yourself: the struggle becomes the fuel, and the results speak louder than words.

I didn’t step back to disappear. I stepped back to build. To sharpen. To prepare.

And now the stage tells the story. A statement made not just for me, but for everyone who believes in what’s possible when you give everything.

To my clients, my team, and anyone following this journey, let this be proof: silence can be powerful, discipline is unmatched, and your time will come if you keep showing up.

This is only the beginning.

This season taught me more than any trophy ever could.
Bodybuilding forces you to look inward… to face your discipline, your flaws, your hunger, your patience.
You don’t just build a physique you build a mindset, a standard, a way of life.

Every early morning, every rep, every meal, every moment of doubt… it all added up to one truth:
Growth only happens when you’re willing to go through the uncomfortable.

Grateful for the lessons, the challenges, and the chance to evolve.
We keep learning. We keep rising. This is just the beginning.

Extreme Volume, hardwork and stay on your path…Eliminate all distractions that’s how you become “oh you are so lucky”

For everything you want a price must be paid!

In this world, which is becoming so soft and this idea of hard work is treated as toxic, I urge you to work so fucking hard and eliminate all the voices in your head and people around you that says it’s not possible. It is possible if you have the urge and the audacity to think it is possible.

History is proof that the people who are obsessed have always done it over and over again. Are you really obsessed, or you kind of want it? How bad do you want it?

keep shining, you fighting. You got this!

Happy Halloween.. 👻 by @puneiya

A really short prep for us but still it was worthy. Bagged 3rd 🥉 place @ifbb.australia show today.

Trust in the process, trust in the plan. It was a short time prep for us. Lot of moving pieces, lot of night shifts, rotating rosters, but we made it.

I have to give credit where it’s due, and it goes to Satnam @gill.fit1 for his dedication and his effort, whatever you say, as a coach, he just goes for it. That’s the kind of an athlete every coach wants to work with.

We all gonna make it.

One of the best and most prominent decision in your life that you would take is choosing your spouse!

Take your time there is no rush but when you do, choose really wisely and then it’s your duty to make sure she gets all the happiness in this damn world because she deserves it all!! Pour all of the world into her lap

Men are not taught to express their emotions their feelings and I hardly urge you to share it with somebody. If you don’t have somebody take a piece of paper and journal it it’s really crucial for you.

It has helped me massively and many of my clients and it will help you too. Provided you are honest about it..

If you’re suffering from loneliness, I’m happy for you to help you being strong is the only way as physically mentally spiritually financially or emotionally. Stay strong we are in this together. by @puneiya

Entrepreneurship is beautiful, but it’s not for everyone. You have to be a leader and it takes a priority for understanding to actually be a leader. Anyone can be a boss.

Team PSI signing off…💯
