Annie Morris, Bronze Stack 9, Viridian Green (2022), newly installed in the Dragon Hill sculpture gardens. @dragonhillresidence
Morris trained at Central Saint Martins, the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, and the Slade. Her “Stack” sculptures - hand-formed columns of irregular, vividly pigmented spheres - began during a period of grief, carrying both fragility and hope in equal measure. Since her first museum exhibition at Yorkshire Sculpture Park in 2021, her work has entered major collections including the Louis Vuitton Foundation and the Fosun Foundation, with recent solo exhibitions in Shanghai, New York, and London.
The sculpture’s organic, hand-formed curves sit naturally within grounds shaped by Jacques Couëlle’s own rejection of straight lines.

Ten artists have taken over Palazzo Nani Bernardo on the Grand Canal for The Open Wound, co-curated by Daria Borisova and Selcan Atilgan. Boris Acket’s fabric installation moves on air currents and never repeats the same shape twice. KV Duong paints water pulled from both Venice and Vietnam. Geoffroy Pithon’s botanical panels look like they have hung in these rooms for two hundred years.

Officially British 🇬🇧

Thank you to everyone who went through this journey with me — you know who you are.Thank you Arts Council England for granting me the Global Talent Visa @aceagrams which meant I could stay and work on projects that actually mattered to me, with people who keep inspiring me every day.That journey brought me here — to finally holding a British passport.I’m so proud. And even more motivated to keep working in art and culture in the UK, surrounded by some of the best institutions, galleries and art schools in the world.I feel safe raising my daughter here, and so lucky to have friends who’ve become family.

Allochories presents works by #LorisCecchini: Waterbones, Arborexence, and Alfalfa Chorus.

Through stainless steel modular forms, Cecchini’s sculptures appear to grow, disperse, and take root within the garden, creating a
dialogue between landscape, architecture, and organic transformation.
