The hop cycle at Purity ♻️

Even after we’ve used our hops to create that delicious bitterness present across our beers, they’re then used back on our farm to make eco-friendly fertiliser and livestock feed 🐄

Our Bunny Hop 🐇

This 3.5% gluten-reduced stunner is soft and hazy with a golden-amber body. Using Citra and Chinook Hops, brewing this hoppy pale the Purity way brings out it's light, citrus notes on a grainy-oat backdrop 🍋

When you're after something to pair with spicy foods or a hearty meal for the right balance, we're always choosing Bunny Hop 🍻 by @puritybrewingco

There’s more to a great pint than brewing it 🍺

Once the beer leaves us, it’s down to the people behind the bar to keep it in perfect condition. This Cask Ale Week, we’re raising a glass to the teams who pour the perfect pint every time. Here’s how they do it:

🌡️ Check cellar temperatures and taste casks daily
🫧 Clean beer lines every 7 days and keep taps spotless
🛢️ Store and seal finished casks correctly
🔨 Hard peg open casks and switch off taps at the end of the night

Fancy seeing these standards in action? Head to @purecraftbarandkitchen and enjoy a pint for yourself.

See you there 🍺 by @puritybrewingco

Join us for Madtoberfest! 🇩🇪🍻

This year we’re doing Oktoberfest in Purity fashion, the mad way. Join us at the farm on Saturday 3rd October from 6pm-9pm for a proper Bavarian celebration, with stein holding, pretzel eating, German style beer and bratwursts, in a classic Munich beer hall atmosphere.

Grab your tickets now - which includes a bratwurst & pint on us through the link in our bio 🔗 taken in Upper Spernall Farm by @puritybrewingco

Choosing a favourite beer is no small ask when you work at a brewery. But for our Group Production Lead Toby, it’s Session IPA. 🍻

A moreish, unfiltered Session IPA infused with real grapefruit peel and brimming with tropical fruit notes and hop aromas.

Stay tuned for part two, where we ask Toby how our Mad Goose beer got its name.
