Consent does not begin when someone touches your body.

It begins with whether you can still hear yourself inside of desire.

Can you recognize your authentic yes?

Can you honour your no without guilt?

Can you remain connected to yourself while experiencing attraction, pleasure, vulnerability and touch?

Shame has taught many of us to disconnect from our bodies, silence our desires, question our boundaries and perform versions of sensuality that do not truly belong to us.

Tomorrow, Thursday, September 24 at 6:45 PM ET, Adonis and I are going LIVE for an honest conversation about:

• How shame shapes our relationship with pleasure and desire

• Why consent is more than simply saying yes or no

• Recognizing when your body is expanding, contracting or uncertain

• The difference between sensual connection and sexual access

• Touch that brings you home to yourself instead of asking you to perform

• Reclaiming your sensuality, presence and personal power

Your sensuality is not something you owe another person.

Your body is not automatic access.

Pleasure does not require self-abandonment.

Join us LIVE and bring your questions, your curiosity and your full humanity.

This conversation is an invitation into The Art of Sensual Presence, our intimate, consent-centred experience happening October 17 in Toronto.

Touch with Clarity. Connect with Intention.
