In one word, where is it hardest for you to trust yourself: Desire Boundaries Asking for what you want Receiving openly Saying an assertive no In this conversation we explore how shame impacts our connection to ourselves and others. We explore self responsibility and accountability. What does consent look like before another person ever touches us? Learn about our in person experience we are hosting in Toronto on October 17th. DM the word Sensual for more details.

Consent does not begin when someone touches your body. It begins with whether you can still hear yourself inside of desire. Can you recognize your authentic yes? Can you honour your no without guilt? Can you remain connected to yourself while experiencing attraction, pleasure, vulnerability and touch? Shame has taught many of us to disconnect from our bodies, silence our desires, question our boundaries and perform versions of sensuality that do not truly belong to us. Tomorrow, Thursday, September 24 at 6:45 PM ET, Adonis and I are going LIVE for an honest conversation about: • How shame shapes our relationship with pleasure and desire • Why consent is more than simply saying yes or no • Recognizing when your body is expanding, contracting or uncertain • The difference between sensual connection and sexual access • Touch that brings you home to yourself instead of asking you to perform • Reclaiming your sensuality, presence and personal power Your sensuality is not something you owe another person. Your body is not automatic access. Pleasure does not require self-abandonment. Join us LIVE and bring your questions, your curiosity and your full humanity. This conversation is an invitation into The Art of Sensual Presence, our intimate, consent-centred experience happening January 9th,in Toronto. Touch with Clarity. Connect with Intention. Cheating…. What if we’ve been asking the wrong questions? Most conversations about cheating revolve around one thing: Who’s right? Who’s wrong? Who lied? Who’s to blame? But what if those questions, while important, aren’t enough?

CHEATING…. What if we’ve been asking the wrong questions? Most conversations about cheating revolve around one thing: Who’s right? Who’s wrong? Who lied? Who’s to blame? But what if those questions, while important, aren’t enough? What if cheating isn’t just about sex… What if it’s about the conversations that never felt safe enough to have? What if it’s about unmet desires… Fear… Shame… Disconnection… Broken agreements… The courage or lack of courage to tell the truth before intimacy is lost? And if you’ve been betrayed… Do you really want proof? Or do you want to understand what was happening beneath the surface? This isn’t a conversation about excusing cheating. It’s a conversation about accountability. About psychological safety. About communication. About transparency. About creating relationships where difficult truths can be spoken before they become hidden lives. Join Adonis and me for what promises to be a challenging, compassionate, and deeply honest conversation. Because healing rarely begins with better accusations. It begins with better questions. LIVE Wednesday, July 22 6:30 PM EST 📍 @yourorgasmiclife 📍 @relaxwithadonis Come curious. You may leave seeing relationships and yourself in a completely different way.
