Went on a ride this morning and ended up in a cemetery I’ve never explored before. Of course I had to go inside the mausoleum, it did not disappoint. Hand painted ceilings and massive stained glass windows. 😍 Built in 1920✨ taken in Memorial Park Cemetery & Mausoleum by @purrfectpineapples

Another beautiful 1880s antique Victorian mourning cape that I restored recently. All of the beading on this one is truly amazing and I’m so happy with how it came out. This cape was basically trashed altogether. The lining was shattered everywhere except the shoulders and the outside seams were loose and coming undone from the weight of the jet glass bead fringe. I removed all of the original hooks and the entire lining, patched all of the holes and reinforced the outside seams by hand. I drafted a custom lining pattern to fit the cape with new fabric. Everything was hand stitched back together with the original hook & eyes so the center front beadwork pattern lines up perfectly when closed. 🖤 by @purrfectpineapples

One of the wildest repairs I’ve done so far✨ This gorgeous 1880s antique Victorian mourning mantle cape with jet glass beadwork was in rough shape. The silk lining along the collar and neckline was completely shattered. I drafted a custom pattern for the inside collar with a facing to fit inside the cape so the rest of the weakened lining would be preserved. All of the fabric was hand stitched into place to preserve all of the intricate beadwork on the outside of the garment. I loved looking at this piece and the entire construction of it, now she is in great shape to be worn again. 🖤 by @purrfectpineapples

A little side quest from March. 💐✨ I had to visit the Tower of Memories in Crown Hill Cemetery. I loved wandering this massive seven story mausoleum. There were light up nature scenes of Colorado at the end of every hallway✨ taken in Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary & Cemetery by @purrfectpineapples

1960s olive green & black @pendletonwm flannel that I saved from the landfill this week✨ NFS. Opened up the collar before sewing so the mend is only on the inside. Patched large elbow hole with fusible black cotton patch and matching stitching. Both cuffs mended on the outer edge. This gem is ready for @foragedfancies to wear again. 💫

Bow print corset belt with dusty rose & cream lace accents✨

Adorable cream and pink bow print vintage fabric with tiny roses in between paired with cream vintage lace and dusty rose cotton fabric / binding. Thick lining with steel boning and gold grommets. Laced up with gold double faced satin ribbon (other colors available upon request). This corset would be perfect with a matching lingerie set or over a dress.

🌹Widest point of corset is 6 5/8” in the front.
🌹Waist: Up to 32”
🌹Cinches down to: 27” at smallest point

This corset is one of a kind and won’t be reproduced.
