The renegade row combines the benefits of a plank and traditional dumbbell row, meaning it targets your core, shoulders, and upper back.Since so many muscles are involved, this move can also build strength without a super-heavy weight… This move also feels like cardio 😅💪🏾

PROGRESS 💪🏾

At the beginning of the year, God told me that he wanted me to get healthy. He told me that I needed to be ready for where he was taking me. He was bringing me to new levels. Levels where I couldn’t hold on to my old self. I had to let go of some “weight” that was holding me back.

So I started off solo but my personality type knew I needed support, so God blessed me with my trainer @pushmesumweight And from there, progress was made 🙌🏾 Thank God I was obedient to his instruction because I have been renewed physically, mentally, and emotionally.

This post is for you, specifically YOU. And YOU know who you are 😉. God is speaking to you about what he needs YOU to do. And listen the reason he needs YOU is because only YOU can do it! I want to encourage you to trust that God knows what’s best for you and is always going to have your back. And he is going to send a little help along the way. Trust me, your blessing is on the other side of your obedience 🙏🏾🤗 by @pushmesumweight
