LIFTD Design took on the responsibility for the design, M&E, changing rooms and sauna in 2025.

Three completely different experiences, each one with its own job to do.

The training floor built for the demands of the mat.
A recovery suite designed to take the load off between sessions.
And facilities finished to the same grade, because the standard should not drop when you step off the mat.

Tim, owner and operator, was a pleasure to work with.
He shared his perspective on why he chose to do things differently;

“BJJ and Recovery are two of the fastest-growing spaces in fitness right now. Historically most operators have self built, or kept the standards basic.

LIFTD Design enabled us to push on the standard and presentation. The finish and specification we ended up with is genuinely market-leading.

Full day of visits for His Royal Highness King Charles. After visiting @vulkxclub he came to @putneybjj unimpressed with @theonepercent1_ excessive use of strength he suggested a return to white belt. by @putneybjj
