In their words…

Private clients, elite athletes, football clubs, national sporting bodies, property developers and commercial operators.

These are just a few of the incredible clients we get to work with.

What they all have in common: they take what they do seriously, and they want the space to match.

That’s the standard we build to, aesthetic, functional, and engineered for optimal training flow.

We are grateful for the opportunity to bring their dreams to reality.

Ever walked into a space and immediately felt it was different?

Putney BJJ & Putney Recovery Room, London.
A Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy, a recovery suite and facilities that tie it all together.

This is a 5 star performance and recovery centre.
With a solid reputation that has to hold up in every space.
@putneybjj @putneyrecovery

LIFTD Design took on the responsibility for the design, M&E, changing rooms and sauna in 2025.

Three completely different experiences, each one with its own job to do.

The training floor built for the demands of the mat.
A recovery suite designed to take the load off between sessions.
And facilities finished to the same grade, because the standard should not drop when you step off the mat.

Tim, owner and operator, was a pleasure to work with.
He shared his perspective on why he chose to do things differently;

“BJJ and Recovery are two of the fastest-growing spaces in fitness right now. Historically most operators have self built, or kept the standards basic.

LIFTD Design enabled us to push on the standard and presentation. The finish and specification we ended up with is genuinely market-leading.

We now have an elite sports facility.
New joiners, visitors and members can see and feel the difference the moment they walk in.”

Full day of visits for His Royal Highness King Charles. After visiting @vulkxclub he came to @putneybjj unimpressed with @theonepercent1_ excessive use of strength he suggested a return to white belt.

Worlds 26 ✌🏼🌎

Awesome trip with awesome people 🙏🏽

My run ended in the second match of the day, I Didn’t get the result that I worked so hard for, it’s hard to accept a loss when it’s such a small margin of error, I felt sharper and stronger than I ever have, and felt had so much more Jiu Jitsu to show, but the chips don’t always fall the way we want so we keep working hard until they do, and with the team I have around me winning will be inevitable 🙏🏽
Thank you to the people around me that believe in me and push me to evolve, we will keep building until we reach perfection.
Now for nogi season!
