This weekend, our team competed at the FIRST STEP OPEN Olympic Weightlifting Competition organized by @ww_weightlifting_world & @zawiszapc 🏋️‍♀️

I’m really happy with our athletes’ results and the great atmosphere throughout the event.

It was also a pleasure for @warmbody_coldmind to support the competition and contribute to the development of our weightlifting community.

Thank you to the organizers, athletes, and everyone who made this event happen! 🙌

Congrats to my lifter Sasha @alexk5681 with 🥉in Junior division and promising results:
Snatch - 98 kg (+5kg PR)
C&J - 125 kg (+10 kg PR)

A special thank you to Coach Piotr Wysotsky @wysocki.p for the invitation, warm welcome, perfectly organized competition and great teamwork! 🙌🏋️‍♂️

I also had the privilege of taking part in the medal ceremony and presenting prizes from @warmbody_coldmind to the athletes. It’s always a pleasure and an honor to recognize their hard work and achievements! 🏆🏋️‍♂️

Competitions are always a great place to meet old and new friends, watch some great lifting and simply enjoy the special atmosphere 🏋️‍♂️🙌

Lasha Talakhadze 🇬🇪 @talakhadzelasha_official became the first man to officially snatch 225 kg — FOUR RED PLATES. 🔴🔴🔴🔴

What a powerful weekend in Semmering, 🇦🇹

I had the honor of being part of two incredible events: Strong Spirit’s Games @strong_spirits_games and the European Strongman Championship🏋🏻‍♂️

At the Strong Spirit’s Games, I worked as a judge. This international adaptive sports competition brings together war veterans, giving them a platform to demonstrate not only physical strength, but resilience, determination and an incredible strength of spirit.

At the European Strongman Championship, I had a different role - MC 🎤💪

I truly love experiences like this. They bring new emotions, new perspectives and most importantly, the opportunity to meet people who are incredibly strong both in body and in spirit.

A huge thank you to the Strongman Federation of Ukraine @fsu_strong 🇺🇦 Team and Sergii Koniushok @konyushok_sergiy for the trust and for giving me another opportunity to be part of something so meaningful. taken in Semmering, Austria by @putsoff
