We at WARM BODY COLD MIND were proud to support the FIRST STEP OPEN 🇵🇱 Weightlifting Competition organized by @ww_weightlifting_world @zawiszapc @wysocki.p

Events like this are what keep our sport growing - bringing athletes together, creating opportunities to compete, gain experience, challenge themselves and share the platform with people who love weightlifting as much as we do.

A big congratulations to every athlete who stepped onto the platform. Respect to all of you for showing up and giving your best!

We are always happy to support Olympic weightlifting events that strengthen our community and help athletes move forward.

Thank you to the organizers, coaches, volunteers and everyone behind FIRST STEP OPEN for creating such a great atmosphere.

One of the best sessions I’ve had for a couple of years!

I’ve never jumped from 60kg to 70kg without something in the middle. I don’t think I’ve ever done 2 sets of 2 at 70kg and I definitely haven’t done 75kg for 2 reps before! Very positive session and a great boost for the confidence 7 weeks out! The CNS definitely feels hit after today’s session 😅😴

I’ve made some adjustments to my programming and it’s seriously made things better! I’m hitting my opener weights making them feel boring but more importantly listening to the body and adjusting the session on the day not the week before. I’ve also moved snatch to Tuesday and C&J to Mondays, reduced high percentage’s on Thursday to a technique day on both lifts & Friday is turning into heavy lifting on back squats, deadlifts and accessories for OWL. The body is responding a lot better to this rather than heavy squats Monday and snatch, the body isn’t recovered enough for C&J Tuesday. This little change has improved technique and the explosive power needed!

I experimented with ChatGPT helping and found what I agreed on was spot on, what I chanced didn’t. So no Ai moving forward and trusting my own knowledge and experience along with coach @putsoff and @torokhtiy

Headphones for me are meant to be used on basic movements, conditioning, warming up cooooz... all I will be doing is dancing

Which takes away focus for technical movements #snatch #cleanandjerk and definitely is no a way on heavy sessions

Just my pov for @putsoff post which I loved someone finally talking about

Thanks @putsoff @pliesnoi.anton for the video and the technique 🙌

Pomost wszystko zweryfikował. 🔥

FIRST STEP to nie tylko wyniki i miejsca. To 312 podejść, emocje, walka z ciężarem i próby przesuwania własnych granic.

Pierwsze podejścia — 96,2% skuteczności.
Trzecie — już tylko 59,6%. I właśnie wtedy zaczynała się największa walka. 💪

FIRST STEP za nami. Następny krok przed nami. 🔴⚫

Stare ciężarowe powiedzenie mówi: „Pomost wszystko zweryfikuje.”

WW FIRST STEP OPEN za nami. 🏋️

To zdjęcie pokazuje też coś jeszcze.

I właśnie Wam — naszej Ekipie — chcemy z całego serca podziękować. ❤️

WW FIRST STEP OPEN 2026 ✔️
