Thankful to start our 2025 with this wildlife rescue and interaction we had during the first hog removal of the year with this drowning Cara Cara. It must have slipped into this tub while trying to drink (all ponds are dried up) and between the water and the cold, it was on its last leg. Maybe an hour after setting the bird in a good area to warm up, we saw a Cara Cara flying in the same general area. I was hopeful it was our buddy and after returning to our rescue location, we could see it was indeed it flying. Hopefully this year brings more life instead of death… and hopefully I don’t got bird flu now #newyearsday #newyears #2025 #caracara #birdofprey #wildlife #wildliferescue #rescue #hunting #hunter #conservation #hoghunting #pythoncowboy #florida #kenansville #birdflu taken in Kenansville, Florida by @pythoncowboy

New video is LIVE on my channel!! Shot this potential record breaking invasive Clown Knife fish the other night… while driving the Prodigy… them @muzzy.bowfishing bows make it easy 😎. The fish measured 34” but unfortunately I didn’t weigh it before feeding it to the hogs. It felt like 13lbs. Google says record is shorter and lighter but google is a liar… anyone shoot a bigger one?! #bowfishing #clowningaround #florida @prodigyboats @suzukimarineusa taken in South Florida by @pythoncowboy

Florida boy in Alaska… what an experience. Might have come home empty handed but my heart and mind is full. The knowledge gained on this trip was priceless and will serve me well in the years to come I hope, I am determined to get a big Alaskan bull moose. Over a few days we were able to find a couple shooters and 1 giant, was even able to call a shooter within 100 yards of us and inside a good area to pack him out but unfortunately couldn’t get an ethical shot before he spooked. A heartbreaking moment but the whole experience was a great lesson and taught me alot. Alaska reminded me so much of Florida, just colder and the stakes are higher. More to come from the hunt, what went right, what went wrong and be on look out for full video on my channel! #floridaman #alaska #middleofnowhere

One handed w a j in mouth… if I was barefoot it would have been the Florida Holy Trinity🙌🏼. Me and my girls are excited for more daytime hog dogging weather. We stay busy year round but try to keep the hunts easier on ourselves and the dogs during this summer heat. But it’s getting time to start conditioning myself and the dogs for some hard hunting again. Stay tuned! Visit pythoncowboy.com to book your hog, iguana, python or gator hunt with me and can follow along with all the action on my channel. Thanks y’all! #florida #workingdogs #pov taken in Palm Beach, Florida by @pythoncowboy
