The Queensland Shakespeare Ensemble invites you into the Forest of Arden as we bring As You Like It to life with a vibrant ensemble, beautiful live music, a touch of melancholy, and a wrestling match thrown in for good measure!

Banished by her power-hungry uncle, Rosalind escapes the court in disguise with her devoted cousin Celia, but not before falling head-over-heels for the noble Orlando. In the Forest of Arden, among goatherds and exiled nobles, fools and lovers, worlds collide as they discover that losing yourself might just be the best way to find out who you really are.

Packed with some of Shakespeare’s most quotable lines and delightful moments, As You Like It is a joyous tale of disguise, discovery, and finding your people.

General tickets are $40, concession and groups $30, and $25 for school groups.

We’ll see you in the forest! 🌳

Don’t forget to grab one of our remaining spots for our October Shakespeare Scene Study workshop!

To get you excited for this 3-day course, we thought we’d have some past participants introduce your Shakespeare Scene Study facilitator Rob Pensalfini...

🩷“Very knowledgeable but really down to earth and very kind and supportive.” - Helen

🩷“His knowledge on Shakespeare was hugely admirable, I loved the almost academic parts of this workshop, learning more about Shakespeare as a whole from someone so passionate.” - Lillian

🩷“The depth of his experience and knowledge which he perfectly communicated in an easily understandable manner to people of varied levels of experience doing the course.” - Dom

Come train with Rob. All the info in our link in bio.

It's 2️⃣5️⃣ in 5️⃣ time! A series where we chat with QSEers, past and present, about their QSE experiences and what they're up to now. Next up is looooooong time QSEer Kailan Tyler-Moss (@kailantylermoss)

💜"My time with QSE has taught me to embrace my passion and to work hard for what I believe in and are called to be. It has also taught me the importance of connection and unity with those who you work with, and allowing those connections to develop, regardless of how fast pace an environment you work in." 💜
