Caballo Blanco 2026! IT’S GO TIME!💪🔥

The past few days have been amazing. A good reminder of why I keep on coming back for more to this magical piece of the world.

2016 was 🔥🔥🔥

I was doing Ironmans, marathons, ultras, and even dabbled into mountain biking. I was also part owner of one of the coolest bike/run shops in the USA. Lots of amazing memories.

All with the support of my beautiful wife who still stands by me 100% on everything I do. I still wouldn’t trade it for today since we didn’t have our son Daniel back then but great to reminisce!

Miles & College Football in Colorado! 🏔️🏃‍♂️🏈

Got to put in some serious miles on both the trails and roads of Colorado this past week. 👊 Even better, I got to catch up with my brothers and friends and finally make it to a Texas Tech vs. Colorado game—something I’d been wanting to do for years! And coming home with a WIN made it that much sweeter! 🙌

I also had the chance to visit a few stores while I was in town.

One thing is for sure… I think I need the mountains in my life a little more than once or twice a year! ⛰️🤔

Quanah Hill Massacre🛘☠️

Things didn’t go as planned but I still had a blast with @see.david.run and @ghostb0t . Halfway through my third loop I had my head down following a girl and we went the wrong way. By the time we figured it out it was too late to finish the loop in time. I still ran a bit more to at least get a good workout in.

LNE Cutlass Last Man Standing💪🔥

Jumped back into the swing of things with a challenge—and this one delivered. This race format is no joke, but I loved every second of it. It left me wanting more.

Finished the day with 40 miles. I had my sights set on 50+, but between a few mistakes and the heat ☀️, I came up just short of that 10th lap. The frustrating part? As soon as I got rehydrated, I knew I easily had another 20 miles in me. I was the 5th person left standing, which was pretty cool.

Big shoutout to @seangrdy for jumping in last minute and grinding it out—He ended up sharing the win for first🥇

Appreciate @greatrootmovement and @teamdirtandvert for the miles and support. We’ll definitely be back for the next one.

Ironman Dallas 70.3 Little Elm⚡️

The expo was a big success. It was great to see so many friends and familiar faces.🤙

The last stretch🙌

It’s always funny to me how I feel like I’m doing a full out sprint to the finish line but then the video shows you barely surviving.😂

I’m still very proud of the work I had to put in to get to the starting line. I really wasn’t quite ready for a race this hard but I got it done thanks to previous experience on this course and a little grit.👊

Thanks to everyone who helped me get here and those of you who joined me on the journey. It’s awesome to get back to it!💪
