If you’re new here, or if it’s been a while, allow me to reintroduce myself……..I’m Shanté.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science & Kinesiology, I’m a Registered Nurse, a Registered Yoga Teacher, a Realtor, and now the proud Founder & CEO of Move With Shanté.

But titles only tell part of the story.

At my core, I’m passionate about helping people move through life with confidence, whether that’s moving their body, moving toward better health, moving into a new home, or simply moving beyond what’s been holding them back.

We beat the heat, moved our bodies, shared some incredible community, and topped it all off with a private shopping experience.
My heart is so full.

Thank you to the amazing team at @lululemon for trusting me to lead this class and for creating a space where connection, movement, and wellness could come together. Seeing everyone show up, smile, and flow together was truly special.

I’m beyond grateful for every person who rolled out a mat this morning. Thank you for being part of it. 💙

Just a little glimpse of an incredible weekend, from teaching yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ to running, connecting, laughing, celebrating and simply being surrounded by so many amazing women.

I made new friends, reconnected with some old ones, built some meaningful new connections, and walked away feeling inspired, full and excited about what’s ahead. 😊

First of all… WHO put all those hills in Richmond?! 😩😂 Because those hills were NO JOKE. Every time I thought we were done climbing, Richmond said, “Here, have another one.” 😭

But 16.19 miles later… WE DID THAT! 🙌🏾 And getting to cross another finish line with my mom makes it that much sweeter. ❤️

My legs are tired. My body is DONE. My medals were earned. And I am SO GLAD IT’S OVER. 😂😂😂

Another race. Another memory. Another reminder that we can do hard things, especially together. 🫶🏾🏅

Richmond… respectfully, keep your hills. 😂✌🏾

Checked into the hotel and the festivities have officially BEGUN! BGR Sweat With Your Sole National Convention weekend is already giving good energy, good people, and ALL the vibes! 🙌🏾
