This is what Giving back to the Community Feels Like. Some organizations do more than serve a community… they help it thrive. 💚🌱

That’s exactly what Farmer Foodshare does, and I’m incredibly grateful to be part of their mission.

Food is more than nourishment. It’s health, dignity, opportunity, and love. ❤️ Farmer Foodshare understands that access to fresh, nutritious food shouldn’t be a privilege. It should be something EVERYONE has access to.

I’m so thankful for organizations like Farmer Foodshare that don’t just talk about making a difference… they SHOW UP and do the work!

And if you’ve ever thought about volunteering, consider this your sign!

Just a little glimpse of an incredible weekend, from teaching yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ to running, connecting, laughing, celebrating and simply being surrounded by so many amazing women.

I made new friends, reconnected with some old ones, built some meaningful new connections, and walked away feeling inspired, full and excited about what’s ahead. 😊

First of all… WHO put all those hills in Richmond?! 😩😂 Because those hills were NO JOKE. Every time I thought we were done climbing, Richmond said, “Here, have another one.” 😭

But 16.19 miles later… WE DID THAT! 🙌🏾 And getting to cross another finish line with my mom makes it that much sweeter. ❤️

My legs are tired. My body is DONE. My medals were earned. And I am SO GLAD IT’S OVER. 😂😂😂

Another race. Another memory. Another reminder that we can do hard things, especially together. 🫶🏾🏅

Richmond… respectfully, keep your hills. 😂✌🏾

When you get to spend the weekend with women who love on you, inspire you, support you and force you to grow!!! Thank you BGR!

There’s something incredibly special about being surrounded by women who inspire you simply by showing up as themselves. 🖤

This is what community feels like. This is what sisterhood feels like. This is BGR. 🖤🏃🏾‍♀️✨
