QUARTER CHARITY RUN | 7 💙 What a beautiful Sunday morning. ☀️ Running. Talking. Laughing. And turning all of it into something that matters. We came together in Munich for our Quarter Charity Run, supporting @tehilanetwork in Zambia and their work to protect children and create safer environments for them. We even had a special guest joining us: Nicolae @qturistul - the winner of the Munich Backyard Ultra 2026 @munich.backyard 🤩 Happy to have you with us! Thank you to everyone who ran, walked, donated, supported and joined us — in Munich and virtually from around the world 🌎 Berlin, Hamburg, Sapporo. You make this initiative special. ✨ run for children. run for change. 💙 #42195forchildren #quartercharityrun #runforchildren #runforchange taken in Flaucherstandl by @qturistul

🏃‍♂️💙 Run for children. Run for change. Today I joined the amazing community behind 42.195 for Children. A simple idea with a powerful impact: free community runs, everyone is welcome, and every quarter they support a different children's charity. Running is about more than kilometers, pace, or finish lines. Sometimes it's about coming together and helping create opportunities for those who need them most. From now on, I’m proud to not only run with this community but also support their initiative and mission. Run for children. Run for change. 💙 #42195forChildren #RunForChildren #RunForChange #CommunityRun #RunningForACause TrailRunner RunCommunity CharityRun GiveBackThroughRunning MunichRunning RunWithPurpose 🏃‍♂️💙 taken in Flaucherstandl by @qturistul

Our winner of the 4th Munich Backyard. @qturistul Official 42 Loops. 281,65km. An unbelievable performance from start to finish. Loop after loop, all the way to the end and it felt like there was still plenty left in the tank. He even did a little extra round. 43 loops. 288km. Huge congratulations Nicolae. @qturistul gewinnt den @munich.backyard ! 43 Loops. 288 km. Backyard-Sieger. #MünchenBackyardUltra #BackyardUltra #Ultrarunning #288km #43Loops taken in München Germany by @qturistul

😄 GO NIKOLAE! 🔥🙌 🇦🇺 Translation -> Comments _______________________________________________________ *ᴬᴺᶻᴱᴵᴳᴱ \\\ Marke/Ort/Account Nennung #trailrunning #munichbackyard #runningcommunity #laufgruppe #backyardultra taken in München Germany by @qturistul

🏃‍♂️🥈 A day to remember! Today I ran a new 5K Personal Best of 19:44 (3:57/km), breaking the 20-minute barrier for the first time. Considering the warm conditions, with temperatures reaching over 30°C, and the fact that my main focus this season has been endurance and ultrarunning, this result came as a very pleasant surprise. The day got even better as our team secured 🥈 2nd place in the relay at the 3MUC Triathlon. A fantastic team effort, strong performances from everyone involved, and an amazing atmosphere throughout the event. Standing on the podium together made all the training worthwhile. This season has already been full of unforgettable moments: 🏆 Overall winner at MDS Crazy Loops Courchevel 📍 163 km and 6,900 m+ of elevation gain 🌍 Daily run commuting for more than two years 🏃‍♂️ New 5K PR: 19:44 🥈 2nd place relay team at the 3MUC Triathlon Grateful for every training session, every challenge, every teammate, and everyone who supports this journey. The adventure continues. #3MUC #TriathlonRelay #SecondPlace #Podium #5KPR Sub20 MDSCrazyLoops Courchevel RunCommute Ultrarunning TrailRunning EnduranceAthlete RunningCommunity StravaRunner RunHappy PersonalBest NeverNotRunning RunnerLife Teamwork RaceDay taken in Olympia Regattastrecke München by @qturistul
