$Ein Abend, um mal ganz bewusst anders zu laufen. 🌿 Gemeinsam mit @vivobarefoot.dach haben wir uns Zeit genommen, unsere Füße mehr spüren zu lassen: erst bei einer Stability Session, dann beim bewussten Gehen und Laufen über Schotter, Gras, Wurzeln und Erde. Anschließend ging es für eine kurze Runde auf die nördlichen Isar Trails – natürlich direkt in den Testschuhen. 👣 Im Reel erzählen ein paar aus der Community, was sie sich vorher vom Barfußgefühl erwartet haben – und danach in drei Worten, wie es sich für sie tatsächlich angefühlt hat. Danke an alle, die dabei waren, ausprobiert, getestet und sich auf etwas Neues eingelassen haben. Und danke an @vivobarefoot.dach für den gemeinsamen Abend. 💚 🇦🇺 An evening dedicated to running differently, in a mindful way. 🌿 Together with @vivobarefoot.dach, we took the time to really tune into our feet: first during a stability session, then whilst walking and running mindfully over gravel, grass, roots and earth. Afterwards, we headed out for a short run on the northern Isar Trails – in our test shoes, of course. 👣 In the Reel, a few members of the community share what they expected the barefoot sensation to be like beforehand – and afterwards, in three words, how it actually felt for them. Thanks to everyone who came along, gave it a go, tested the shoes and embraced something new. We came together in Munich for our Quarter Charity Run, supporting @tehilanetwork in Zambia and their work to protect children and create safer environments for them.
