My outdoor process for my capstone project, Of Earth.

Of Earth is a process-based project rooted in collaboration with the land. Using outdoor mold-making and casting, I work directly with natural forms—rocks, roots, erosion, growth—to create designed personal objects. This project isn’t about mimicking nature, but co-creating with it. Stay tuned to see what I’ve made throughout this year.

We love a little design challenge here!

Spring 2025 , Solid Cherry low coffee/dining table made in 24 hours with my beautiful design peeps @mclozano9 @qu.make @vanthisou_designs @alex.j.design

The highlight of my last term at @emilycarru - we all had one brain cell combined to make this “one day table” from sketching to CAD to finally making a prototype.

FUNDRAISER FOR VICTIMS OF THE LAPU-LAPU FESTIVAL TRAGEDY

These stoneware platters were cast from a piece of driftwood etched by shipworms—tiny mollusks that carve winding paths through wood. I molded the original and slipcast it to preserve these natural patterns in ceramic form.

Available for $80 each (6 in total)
100% of proceeds will be donated to support victims of the Lapu-Lapu Festival tragedy. Proof of donation will be shared. by @qu.make

Can we design and make a table in a day? Yes we can!

A table designed in context with our directed study, about decolonization of wood practices and systems of making. This piece of work is meant to be here for a shared practice and experience and a table that facilitates that same understanding of care! 🍽️
