He wrote the Letter From John Dillinger To Henry Ford In Praise Of The Ford V-8 Car getaway car he stole, May 16, 1934:

Hello Old Pal,
Around here at 10 AM today. Would like to drop in and see you. You have a wonderful car. Been driving it for three weeks. It’s a treat to drive one. Your slogan should be, Drive a Ford and watch the other cars fall behind you. I can make any other car take a Ford’s dust.

Celebrating 20 years of best friendedness with this beauty. The first time we met, we sat across from each other at the Rainbow in West Hollywood. I thought she talked too much and she thought I was too quiet. We’ve eaten countless pudding cups, traveled the world together, cried over stupid boys, became family to each others families, watched my dad tell a sold out crowd at Madison square garden that she eats corn the long way (you can find that on YouTube) and been there for each other in ways only besties can. I love you for a thousand reasons and I’m proud of the woman you’ve become. by @quartkneerae
