The dead are always listening - are you? Communication starts with respect. Ask, don’t demand. Silence is key; spirits speak in whispers, chills, and flickering lights.💡

Use tools like pendulums, spirit boxes, or automatic writing to bridge the gap. But remember: not every voice is welcome. If an energy feels off, set boundaries. Protect your space with salt, obsidian, and intention.🧿

Listen closely. The other side is never far.👻

PS. We talked directly to a spirit and he was captured in the 2nd pic!😳👻

Thanks so much @themysticmuseum @spookyfoodie and @zachariahthewitch for hosting this!!

You guys did such a killer job curating this experience!

How it’s going vs how it started. Best friends for 17 years. Many many wild rides around the sun with you my love. Axe says you’re 23 today so we’ll go with that. Happiest of birthdays to my non sexual life partner. I 🖤 you to the 🌙 & back ❌ ♾️

Impossible to create tiny reel from such a grand night like @janiesfund gala at the #Grammy weekend !
There will be a lot more coming in the next few days :)
I couldn’t be more honored to be part of this event from day 1. This organization does so so much for abused and neglected girls with their LifeSet programs at @youthvillages . Thank you @beshawesome @iamstevent @theaimeeann @aabprod and everyone else that are working around the clock to make this fundraiser happen :) unforgettable night! I will write more in the next posts :) in the meantime please check @janiesfund for more details :)

My Destiny Day-August 19, 1975! 🎉 48 Years around the sun and I had a SOULtacular day! I made wishes, spoke intentions, cried a few tears, laughed so hard, connected with my best friends, made new friends, wined and dined and got to celebrate with my very first and BEST friend... my MOM who has been in town to celebrate together! (her 70th bday was on 8/14). What a fantastic way to start my year....

Mid-life is interesting.... you look back and ahead at the very same time. I have been vacillating between wanting SO much more in my life, to go bigger, have more, be more and do more and at the same time honor where I am now, the blessings I have, the genuine and amazing people I have in my life, who I have become and what I have done. and...BOTH are true. Wanting more and Appreciating where I am, being present and anticipating what is next, reflecting and renewing, feeling grief and opening to joy.... it all exists and like a seesaw we rise, fall and go, change and evolve...... THAT is life...

I am thankful for today, look forward to tomorrow and celebrate the in between!

Thank you to EVERYONE who shared your love and wishes to me! 🙏🏼

Thank you so much to my mom @kvukela , @ghoerdemann @colettecarlsson @monicaxfm @quartkneerae for celebrating with me last night at @bacarishermanoaks . I love you all!

Thank you @alina.greenbergla for inviting me to your beautiful new space @auroraaestheticsla .with @colettecarlsson soulful soundbath! It was a perfect day!

My birthdays are not and have never been the same without my brother Joseph. I miss you more than words could express but like I shared last night, my relationships have been made through you. You live through me everyday and will ALWAYS honor you...my born best friend! eyes, eyes..toast toast... 🤍🙏🏼😇

To another year of my DESTINY!! Let there be more light, love, fun, abundance, prosperity, connection, fun, playfulness, fulfillment, purpose, creativity and MORE...
and so it is! ✨🐉🤩
