PGD Marketing Management: This graduation is one for the books.

I wanted two things for my graduation;

👉Document my memories as much as I can.
👉 Have the two people we started the journey together here. My bestie is the third person who helped out as well and I am glad we all witnessed this day.

The loudest voice in the room🥰 My man may man my man💃😌😌 Thats the only sound I heard and its safe to say we both graduated that day😁, from choosing school to all the applications to taking me to school the first day and guiding me through it all.

All the assignments wey I use tactics to do😂 na him dey run me business idea, na me dey submit it to collect marks.
Na me get distinction, na my man dey tell everyone😍

May Allah continue to make us reasons for each other’s joy. Ameen.

I don’t think she knows how emotional this moment was for me. 🥹
I gave Her the best Birthday Gift😌
Seeing my sister helped me wear my graduation gown. It felt like life had come full circle. She came to represent the whole family even though they were all watching back home.

She’s been here from Day 1. Before Canada, before the applications, before the visa, before the “Alhamdulillah, it worked.”
My sister never says No, She believed in this dream just as much as I did.

My elder sister paved this path first and I am simply walking the path she helped create. Now, it’s my turn to pass the baton to make the journey a little easier for those coming after me and remind every young ones watching that your background does not have to determine your future.
If you can dream it, work for it, pray over it, and stay consistent, it can happen.

Thank you @ade_sheedah for always showing up for me. I pray Allah rewards you beyond anything I could ever give back.

A little girl’s dream finally came true 🥹🎓🤎
One thing I’ve always said was, “I want to do my master’s abroad.”

It wasn’t only because I wanted another degree or I wanted to relocate.
I just wanted to wear that fine graduation gown and walk across the stage.
Growing up, I watched graduation scenes in movies, and every single time I would imagine myself there.

I didn’t know which country or how.
I just knew one day, I wanted that moment to be mine.
I entered my postgraduate program in Marketing Management with one personal goal:
Graduate with distinction.

Today, I can look back with gratitude, knowing I gave this journey everything I had. Walking across that stage was emotional. The tears came after I got off the stage because I knew exactly what it took for that moment to become reality.

Alhamdulillah Robil Alamin. Every step of this journey has been by Allah’s mercy. This is for my parents 😁 I am sure they are super proud of me.
